Abstract
Bu araştırmada, 8 baş Saanen x Kilis (G1) keçilerinden laktasyon süresince 15 günde bir sağılan sütlerdeki bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikler incelenmiştir, incelenen keçi sütlerinde ortalama kurumadde, yağ, protein, kül, laktoz, yağsız kurumadde, titrasyon asitliği (SH), pH ve özgül ağırlık sırasıyla; %1 1.85, %3.0, %3.45, %0.79, %4.61, %8.86, 6.88, 6.65 ve l .033 olarak belirlenmiştir.
In this study, some physical and chemical properties of Saanen x Kilis (G1) goat's milk throughout lactation period were investigated. Samples were collected once in 15 days from 8 goats over a 1 year. Average values of total solids, fat, protein, ash, lactose, solids non fat, titratable acitidy (SH), pH, and density were 11.85%, 3.0%, 3.45%, 0.79%, 4.61%, 8.86%, 6.88, 6.65, and 1.033 g/cm3, respectively.
