Samples were collected once in 15 days from 8 goats over a 1 year. Average values of total solids, fat, protein, ash, lactose, solids non fat, titratable acitidy (SH), pH, and density were 11.85%, 3.0%, 3.45%, 0.79%, 4.61%, 8.86%, 6.88, 6.65, and 1.033 g/cm3, respectively. | en_US |
