Publication: Eter Köprülü Sülfonamid Grubu İçeren Metalsiz ve Metalli Ftalosiyaninlerin Sentez ve Karakterizasyonu
Abstract
Bu çalışmada başlangıç maddeleri olarak sırasıyla 4,5-dikloroftalonitril (I), N-(2-(2-hidroksietoksi)etil)-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (II), 4,5-disiyano-1,2-bis((etoksi)2(4-metilbenzensülfon amid)) (III) bileşikleri sentezlenmiştir. 4,5-disiyano-1,2-bis((etoksi)2(4-metilbenzen sülfonamid)) (III) bileşiğinin, DBU (1,8-diazabisiklo[5.4.0]undec-7-en) katalizörü ve DMEA (dimetiletanolamin) çözücüsü ile reaksiyonu sonucu metalsiz ftalosiyanin (H2Pc) (1) sentezlenmiştir. Daha sonra 4,5-disiyano-1,2-bis((etoksi)2(4-metilbenzen sülfonamid)) (III) bileşiği ve sırasıyla susuz metal tuzları (CuCl2, NiCl2, CoCl2 ve Zn(CH3COO)2) kullanılarak, DBU katalizörü ve DMEA çözücüsü varlığında reaksiyonu sonucu bakır içeren ftalosiyanin (CuPc) (2), nikel içeren ftalosiyanin (NiPc) (3), kobalt içeren ftalosiyanin (CoPc) (4) ve çinko içeren ftalosiyanin (ZnPc) (5) sentezlenerek literatüre kazandırılmıştır. Sentezlenen başlangıç maddeleri ve ftalosiyanin bileşiklerinin yapıları elemental analiz, FT-IR, UV-vis., 1H-NMR, TGA ve DTA analiz teknikleriyle aydınlatılmıştır.
In this study, the following compounds; 4,5-dichlorophthalanitrile (I), N-(2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (II), 4,5-dicyano-1,2-bis((ethoxy )2(4-methylbenzenesulfonamide)) (III) have been synthesized, respectively. Metal-free phthalocyanine (H2Pc) (1) has been synthesized by the reaction between 4,5-dicyano-1,2-bis((ethoxy)2(4-methylbenzenesulfonamide)) (III) and DMEA solvent with the DBU (1.8-diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7-en) catalyst. Then, 4,5-dicyano-1,2-bis ((ethoxy)2(4-methylbenzenesulfonamide)) (III) compound and anhydrous metal salts (CuCl2, NiCl2, CoCl2, Zn(CH3COO)2) which have been used respectively, in the presence of DBU catalyzer and dimethylethanolamine solvent. In the results of this reactions; copper containing phthalocyanine (CuPc) (2), nickel containing phthalocyanine (NiPc) (3), cobalt containing phthalocyanine (CoPc) (4) and zinc containing phthalocyanine (ZnPc) (5) have been syntesized. The synthesize starting compounds and structures of phthalocyanine compounds have been investigated via elemental analysis FT-IR, UV-vis., 1H-NMR, TG/DTG and DTA techniques.
