Ortaöğretim Mesleki Yönlendirme Programının Öğrenci, Öğretmen, Veli Görüşlerine Göre Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada ortaöğretimde uygulanan mesleki yönlendirme programının (MYP) öğrenciler, öğretmenler ve veliler açısından değerlendirilerek yönlendirme hizmeti programı ile ilgili var olan ve gerekli olan durumların ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla araştırmada tarama araştırma türünde betimsel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Şanlıurfa ilinde öğrenim gören 270 öğrenci, 270 öğretmen ve 270 veliden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçek araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiş olup 150 öğrenci, 150 öğretmen ve 150 veliden oluşan 450 kişilik grup üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılmıştır. Öğrenci ölçeği AFA uygulaması sonucu KMO değeri .817, Cr alpha değeri .909; öğretmen ölçeği AFA uygulaması sonucu KMO değeri ,680, Cr alpha değeri .934; veli ölçeği AFA uygulaması sonucu KMO değeri .864, Cr alpha değeri ise .931 bulunmuştur. Geçerlik analizi sonucunda ölçeklerde ortaya çıkan maddeler 7 faktör (alt boyut) içerisinde gruplandırılmıştır. Geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizinde yeterli koşulu sağlayan maddeler ile 120 öğrenci, 120 öğretmen ve 120 veliye bireyi yönlendirme hizmeti programının değerlendirilmesi için uygulama yapılmıştır. Sonuçların değerlendirilmesi için 'Bağımsız Değişkenler T Testi', 'Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi' ve 'Post Hoc test Analizi' kullanılmıştır. Tabloları cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi, branş, çalışma yılı, sosyoekonomik durum (SED), anne eğitim düzeyi (AED) ve baba eğitim düzeyi (AED) bağımsız değişkenleri açısından yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrenci ölçeğinde MYP ile cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyi arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>,05). Öğretmen ölçeğinden elde edilen verilerde cinsiyet, branş ve çalışma yılı bağımsız değişkenleri ile MYP arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>,05). Veli ölçeğinde yer alan AED ve BED değişkenleri ile MYP arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmamışken (p>,05); SED değişkeni ile MYP arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p< ,001). Öğretmen-öğrenci-veli ölçekleri toplam puanları arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p< ,001). Ölçek alt boyutları ile MYP arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p< ,001).

In this research, it is aimed to reveal the existing and necessary situations related to the guidance service program by evaluating the vocational orientation program (MYP) applied in secondary education in terms of students, teachers and parents. For this purpose, descriptive design was used in the survey research type. The sample of the research consists of 270 students, 270 teachers and 270 parents studying in Şanlıurfa. The scale used in the research was developed by the researcher, and its validity and reliability study was conducted on a group of 450 people consisting of 150 students, 150 teachers and 150 parents. As a result of student scale EFA application, KMO value was .817, Cr alpha value was .909; KMO value of teacher scale EFA application was .680, Cr alpha value was .934; As a result of the parent scale EFA application, the KMO value was .864 and the Cr alpha value was .931. The items that appeared in the scales as a result of the validity analysis were grouped into 7 factors (sub-dimensions). In the validity and reliability analysis, an application was made to evaluate the individual orientation service program for 120 students, 120 teachers and 120 parents with items that met the sufficient condition. 'Independent Variables T-Test', 'One-Way Analysis of Variance' and 'Post Hoc Test Analysis' were used to evaluate the results. The tables were interpreted in terms of the independent variables of gender, grade level, branch, years of employment, socioeconomic status (SED), mother's education level (AED) and father's education level (AED). According to the findings, there was no significant difference between MYP and gender and grade level in the student scale (p>.05). In the data obtained from the teacher scale, no significant difference was found between the independent variables of gender, branch and working year and MYP (p>.05). While there was no significant difference between AED and BED variables in the parent scale and MYP (p>.05); A significant difference was found between the SED variable and MYP (p< ,001). A significant difference was found between the total scores of teacher-student-parent scales (p< ,001). A significant difference was found between the sub-dimensions of the scale and MYP (p< ,001).
