Abstract
Ill ÖZ Bu çalışma, sentetik L-lisin ve DL-metiyonin ile desteklenmiş ayçiçeği küspesi (ACK)'nin broyler rasyonl ar ı nda soya küspesi 0.01). Rasyonların sentetik amino asitlerce desteklenmesi ise bu sonuçları değiştirmemiştir. ABSTRACT REPLACEMENT OF SOYBEAN MEAL BY SUNFLOWER MEAL IN BROILER RATIONS SUPPLEMENTED WITH SYNTHETIC LYSINE AND METHIONINE This study was conducted to investigate the possibilities of utilizing sunflower meal (SFM) supplemented with synthetic L-lysine and DL-methioni ne as a replacement o-f soybean meal (SBM) in broiler rations. Replacement of SBM by SFM at any rate between 25 to 100 '/. affected live weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion and carcass yield negatively (P<0.01), despite the ' L-lysine and DL-methioni ne ' supplementation. However, SFM had no effect on abdominal fat and edible viscera 0.01).
