Abstract
II ÖZET Bu çalışmada Karabük Demir Çelik Fabrikasının ürettiği Fe 37-2, Fe 44- 2, Fe 33. D9-1, D12-2, standart nolu demir ile Rusya'dan İstanbul Üçel firması tarafından ithal edilen demir çeşitlerine ait 8 adet örnek Optik Emisyon Spektrometresi (OES) ile kalitatif ve kantitatif olarak analiz edildi. Numunelerde; C, Mn, Si, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, AL, As, Ti Fe elementlerinin bulunduğu gözlendi. Optik Emisyon sektrometresi (OES) ile bu elementlerin konsantrasyonları ölçüldü. Fe konsantrasyonunun Karabük demirinde 98,85 ±0,01 - 99,18+0,008 arasında ve Rusya'dan gelen demirde 98.60±0,01 olduğu belirlendi. Ayrıca standart numarası Fe 44-2 olan inşaat demirinin 5 farklı numunesinin Young modülü Y = (21,9±l,3)xlO'10N/m2 olarak bulundu.
ABSTRACT In this study, iron samples produced by Karabük iron and Steel Factory with the standart names Fe 37-2, Fe 44-2, Fe 33, D9-1 and D12-2; and iron samples imported from Russia by Üçel Company where analyzed by Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES). In the S samples analyzed beside the main content Fe presence of C, Mn, Si, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, Al, As, Ti elements was determined qualitatively and concentrations of these elements were measured. The merage Fe concantration of the Karabük samples and mat of imported samples were found to be 99. 180+ 0.008 and 98.600± 0.010 respectively. Also Young modulus, Y, of Fe 44-2 samples was measured to be (21.9±1.3)idtf0. N/m*
