Abstract
I BAFRA VE ÇARŞAMBA OVALARI TARIM ALANLARINDA KADMİYUM DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Bafra ve Çarşamba ovalarında tarımsal ve tarım dışı arazilerdeki kadmiyum düzeyleri incelenerek suni gübrelemeden kaynaklanan kadmiyum kirliliği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Bafra ve Çarşamba ovalarında tarımsal arazilerden 44 ve tarım dışı arazilerden 34 olmak üzere toplam 78 adet numune üzerinde kadmiyum tayini yapılmıştır. Bunun için belirli miktarda tüplere alınan toprak numuneleri hidroklorik ve nitrik asit karışımında (3:1 / v:v) alüminyum bloklarda ısıtılmak suretiyle çözünürleştirilmiş ve çözeltilerin kadmiyum içerikleri ET-AAS (Elektrotermal Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektrometrisi) yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Toplam kadmiyum miktarının ortalama olarak, Bafra ovasındaki tarımsal arazilerde 0.433 mg/kg, Çarşamba ovasındaki tarımsal arazilerde ise 0.162 mg/kg olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tarımsal araziler ile tarım dışı arazilerdeki kadmiyum içerikleri arasında Bafra ovasında ortalama 0.1 1Ü0.083 mg/kg, Çarşamba ovasında ise ortalama 0.045±0.0345 mg/kg fark olduğu gözlenmiş ve bu farklarının istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu ve suni gübrelerden kaynaklandığı sonucuna varılmıştır. (P=0. 05) Kullanılan kadmiyum tayin yönteminin doğruluğu, standart referans madde ve eklenmiş kadmiyum tayini yapılarak test edilmiştir. Standart referans maddenin analizinde verilen kadmiyum değeri ile bulunan değerler arasında uyum olduğu gözlenmiştir. Eklenmiş örneklerin analizinde ise yaklaşık % 93.5 geri kazanım elde edilmiştir. n DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM LEVELS IN AGRICULTURAL AREAS OF BAFRA AND ÇARŞAMBA PLAINS ABSTRACT In this study, pollution of cadmium resulted from fertiliser applications were studied by determining cadmium levels in agricultural and inagricultural soils of Bafra and Çarşamba plains. For this purpose, cadmium was determined in all told 78 soil samples, 44 soil samples from agricultural soils and 34 soil samples from inagricultural soils of Bafra and Çarşamba plains. For this aim, sufficient amount of soil samples which put in test tubes were digested with (3:l/v:v) hydrocloric acid and nitric acid mixture in an aluminum block and cadmium concentrations were measured withET-AAS. Mean level of total cadmium content, in agricultural soils of Bafra plain was determined 0.433 mg/kg and in agricultural soils of Çarşamba plain was determined 0.162 mg/kg. Difference between mean level of cadmium content in agricultural soils and inagricultural soils of Bafra, Çarşamba plain was determined 0.111±0.083 mg/kg 0.045±0.0345 mg/kg and it was concluded as the difference was meaningful as a result of statistical analysis and resulted from fertiliser applications. (P= 0.05) The accuracy of the method used to determine cadmium content was tested with determining cadmium content of standart reference material and added samples. In the analysis of standart reference material cadmium concentration that was given and cadmium cocentration that was found was nearly same.
