Sarıkum Lagün Gölünde (Sinop, Türkiye) Bulunan Dere Pisisi Platichthys Flesus L., 1758 ve Dişlisazancık Aphanius Chantrei Gailllard, 1895 Balıklarının Paraziter Faunasının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Sarıkum Gölü'ndeki dere pisisi, Platichthys flesus L., 1758 vedişlisazancık, Aphanius chantrei Gaillard 1895 balıklarının paraziter faunası bir yılsüresince (Mayıs 2003-Nisan 2004 ) aylık olarak incelendi. Araştırmada 296 adet derepisisi ve 423 adet dişlisazancık balığı dış ve iç parazitleri bakımından araştırıldı.Balıklarda saptanan parazit türlerine ait enfestasyon/enfeksiyon oranlarının veenfeste/enfekte balık başına ortalama parazit sayılarının mevsimlere, aylara, balık boysınıflarına ve balık cinsiyetine göre dağılımları belirlendi.Araştırmada sadece dere pisisi balıklarında 7 (Trichodina jadranica Raabe, 1958,Riboscyphidia sp., Ambiphrya sp., Vorticella sp., Gyrodactylus flesi Malmberg, 1957,Paradilepis scolecina Rudolphi, 1819 ve Dichelyne minutus Rudolphi, 1819), sadecedişlisazancık balıklarında 5 (Trichodina modesta Lom, 1970, Tripartiella macrosomaBasson ve Van As, 1987, Salsuginus sp., Gyrodactylus sp. ve Posthodiplostomum sp.)ve her iki balıkta da ortak 7 (Trichodina domerguei Wallengren, 1897, Ascocotyle sp.,Hysterothylacium aduncum Rudolphi, 1802, Capillaria sp., Spiroxys contortusRudolphi, 1819, Neoechinorhynchus rutili Müller, 1780 ve Ergasilus sieboldi Nordman,1932) olmak üzere toplam 19 parazit türü tespit edildi.Çalışmada tespit edilen 19 parazit türünden 6 tanesi, Trichodina jadranicaRaabe,1958, Trichodina modesta Lom, 1970 Tripartiella macrosoma Basson ve Van As,1987, Gyrodactylus flesi Malmberg, 1957, Paradilepis scolecina Rudolphi, 1819 veSpiroxys contortus Rudolphi, 1819 ülkemiz parazit faunası için yeni kayıt olarakkaydedildi.Anahtar Kelimeler: Dere pisisi balığı, Platichthys flesus, dişlisazancık balığı, Aphaniuschantrei , parazit, enfestasyon, enfeksiyonIn the present study, the parasite fauna of flounder, Platichthys flesus L., 1758,and toothcarp, Aphanius chantrei Gaillard 1895, were investigated monthly throughouta one-year period (May 2003-April 2004). A total of 296 flounders and 423 toothcarpswere investigated for ecto- and endoparasites. The distribution of theinfestation/infection prevalence (%) and mean intensity (per infested/infected fish)values of parasite species recorded both from flounder and toothcarp was determinedaccording to seasons, months, fish size classes and sex of fish.In this research study, a total of 19 different parasite species were identified, ofwhich seven species (Trichodina jadranica Raabe, 1958, Riboscyphidia sp., Ambiphryasp., Vorticella sp., Gyrodactylus flesi Malmberg, 1957, Paradilepis scolecina Rudolphi,1819 and Dichelyne minutus Rudolphi, 1819) occurred only in flounder, of which fivespecies (Trichodina modesta Lom, 1970, Tripartiella macrosoma Basson and Van As,1987, Salsuginus sp., Gyrodactylus sp. and Posthodiplostomum sp.) occurred only intoothcarp and of which seven species (Trichodina domerguei Wallengren, 1897,Ascocotyle sp., Hysterothylacium aduncum Rudolphi, 1802, Capillaria sp., Spiroxyscontortus Rudolphi, 1819, Neoechinorhynchus rutili Müller, 1780 and Ergasilussieboldi Nordman, 1932) occurred in both flounder and toothcarp.Six of nineteen parasite species found in the present study, Trichodina jadranicaRaabe,1958, Trichodina modesta Lom, 1970 Tripartiella macrosoma Basson and VanAs, 1987, Gyrodactylus flesi Malmberg, 1957, Paradilepis scolecina Rudolphi, 1819and Spiroxys contortus Rudolphi, 1819 were recorded as new species for the parasitefauna in Turkey.Key Words: Flounder, Platichthys flesus, toothcarp, Aphanius chantrei, parasite,infestation, infection
