Abstract
Bu çalışmada, grafen ve moleküler baskılanmış polimer (MIP) bazlı elektrokimyasal sensör kullanılarak trinitrotoluenin (TNT) analizi amaçlanmıştır. Atık pillerden elde edilen karbonlu elektrotlar, ticari camsı karbon elektrot yerine kullanılmıştır. Model molekülü olarak pikrik asit seçilmiştir. Modifiye edilmiş Hummers yöntemi ile GO (Grafen oksit) hazırlanmıştır. Sentezlenmiş GO ve polimer karışımı -1,2 ila 1,0 V potansiyel aralığındaki (Ag/AgCl'e karşı), dönüşümlü voltametri kullanılarak elektrot yüzeyine kaplanmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler; grafen elektrot, GO, polianilin, TNT, pikrik asit
In this work, it is aimed to detect and determine trinitrotoluene (TNT) using electrochemical sensor based on graphene and molecular imprinted polymer (MIP). Waste carbon electrodes extracted from used batteries were used as the electrode instead of the commercial glassy carbon electrode. Picric acid served as a model molecule. Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared using modified Hummers method. The reduction of synthesized graphene oxide and polymer formation were carried out simultaneously using cyclic voltammetry by scanning in the potential range of -1,2 to 1,0 V (Ag/AgCl) as a one step process. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), square wave voltammetry (SWV) and square wave stripping (SWS) was used for measurements between -1.2 and 1.0 V. The % 90-10 acetic acid-methanol (v/v), mixture was used to remove the repressed picric acid and TNT from the sensor and experimental conditions were optimized. After the sensor was developed, voltammetry, SEM (Scanning electron microscope) and EIS (Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) were used for characterization Then, the sensitivity of the electrode to picric acid and TNT was tested. Keywords; graphene electrode, graphene oxide, polyaniline, TNT, picric acid
