| dc.description.abstract | Görünüm olarak sağlıklı mesleksel risk taşıyan 90 çalışan ile 20 sağlıklı kontrolden toplanan serum örnekleri bruselloz için Wright aglütinasyon testi (WAT), Coombs Aglütinasyon Testi (CAT) ve ELlSA-lgG ve IgM testeri ile incelendi. Seropozitiflik, WAT ile % 4.4, ELİSA ile % 10 olarak saptandı. ELİSA her iki immunoglobulini belirlemede yüksek derecede duyarlı ve özgül olarak bulundu. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | For serological investigation of brucellosis sera from 90 apparently healthy occupationally exposed workes and 20 healthy controls were examined with Wright Agglutination Test (WAT), Coombs Agglutination Test (CAT), and ELlSA-lgG and IgM tests. Brucella antibodies were detected in the risk group, in 4.4 % with WAT and in 10 % with ELISA. ELISA was found to be more sensitive and specific than other tests in detecting both IgG and IgM. | en_US |
