Risk Gruplarında Brucella Sero-pozitifliğinin ELISA ile Araştırılması

Abstract

Görünüm olarak sağlıklı mesleksel risk taşıyan 90 çalışan ile 20 sağlıklı kontrolden toplanan serum örnekleri bruselloz için Wright aglütinasyon testi (WAT), Coombs Aglütinasyon Testi (CAT) ve ELlSA-lgG ve IgM testeri ile incelendi. Seropozitiflik, WAT ile % 4.4, ELİSA ile % 10 olarak saptandı. ELİSA her iki immunoglobulini belirlemede yüksek derecede duyarlı ve özgül olarak bulundu.For serological investigation of brucellosis sera from 90 apparently healthy occupationally exposed workes and 20 healthy controls were examined with Wright Agglutination Test (WAT), Coombs Agglutination Test (CAT), and ELlSA-lgG and IgM tests. Brucella antibodies were detected in the risk group, in 4.4 % with WAT and in 10 % with ELISA. ELISA was found to be more sensitive and specific than other tests in detecting both IgG and IgM.
