Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de bulunan Altınkaya baraj gölünde 15 farklı istasyondan ve Derbent baraj gölünde 12 farklı istasyondan toplanan tortularda 238U, 232Th, 40K ve 137Cs radyoaktivite konsantrasyonları yüksek çözünürlüklü gama ışın spektrometresi kullanılarak ölçüldü. 238U, 232Th, 40K ve 137Cs nüklitleri için ortalama ölçülen aktivite konsantrasyonları Altınkaya baraj gölünde sırası ile 19.5, 27.7, 460 ve 17.8 Bq/kg, Derbent baraj gölünde ise 18.8, 25.5, 365 ve 3.2 Bq/kg olarak bulundu. Yine Altınkaya baraj gölünde 6 farklı istasyondan ve Derbent baraj gölünde 5 farklı istasyondan toplanan su örneklerinde 238U aktivite konsantrasyonu yüksek çözünürlüklü gama ışın spektrometresi kullanılarak ölçüldü. 238U için ortalama ölçülen aktivite konsantrasyonu Altınkaya baraj gölünde 0.42 Bq/l, Derbent barajında ise 0.39 Bq/l bulundu. Çalışmamızda tespit edilen aktivite konsantrasyonları Dünya' nın değişik bölgelerinde yapılan çalışmalar ile karşılaştırıldı.
The radioactivity concentrations of nuclides 238U, 232Th , 40K and 137Cs in lake sediments collected from fifteen different stations at Altınkaya dam lake and twelve different stations at Derbent dam lake in Turkey were measured using high resolution gamma-ray spectrometry. The average measured activity concentrations of the nuclides 238U, 232Th, 40K and 137Cs were found to be 19,5Bq/kg, 27,7Bq/kg , 460 Bq/kg and 17.8 Bq/kg in Altınkaya dam whereas activities were 18,8 Bq/kg, 25,5 Bq/kg , 365 Bq/kg and 3.2 Bq/kg in Derbent dam respectively. Also 238U activity concentration were measured from water samples that collected from six different station in Altınkaya dam lake and five different station in Derbent dam lake by using high resolution gamma-ray spectrometry. Activity concentration were measured for 238U were found 0.42 Bq/l in Altınkaya dam lake and 0.39 Bq/l in Derbent dam lake . The measured activity concentrations of present study have been compared with similar measurements from different locations in the world.
