Sinop Yöresinde Yetiştiriciliği Yapılan Sazan Balığının Ekto Parazitleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Ill SİNOP YÖRESİNDE YETİŞTİRİCİLİĞİ YAPILAN SAZAN BALIĞININ (CYPRİNUS CARPİO L.) EKTO PARAZİTLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA ABSTRAKT Haziran 1994 - Mayıs 1995 tarihleri arasında yürütülen bu araştırmada, biri yan kontrollü sazan üretme çiftliği olan Çobanlar ve diğeri de doğal bir ortam olan Bektaşağa göletinden oluşan, iki farklı istasyondan yakalanan sazan balığı (Cyprinus carpio L.,) ekto parazitler yönünden incelenmiştir. Balıklar, Sinop yöresindeki bu iki istasyondan 12 ay süreyle aylık periyotlarda, uzatma ağı, pinter veya serpme ağı ile yakalanmış ve parazit yönünden incelenmek üzere Sinop Su Ürünleri Fakültesi laboratuvarma canlı olarak getirilmiştir. Balıkların ağırlıkları, total boylan, cinsiyetleri ve yaşlan kaydedilmiştir. Vücut yüzeyi, solungaçlar ve yüzgeçler olmak üzere üç bölgeye aynlan balıklar makroskobik incelemeden sonra ışık mikroskobunda paraziter yönden incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda Ciliophora phylumuna ait Trichodina genusundan 3 tür, Trichodinella genusundan 1 tür, Apiosoma genusundan 1 tür ve Epistylis genusundan 1 tür; Plathelmintes phylumuna ait Dactylogyrus genusundan 2 tür ve Gyrodactylus genusundan 1 tür; Arthropoda phylumuna ait Argulus genusundan 1 tür belirlenmiştir.

IV A RESEARCH ON ECTO PARASITES OF CARP (Cyprinus carpio L. 1 758, BREEDING IN SINOP REGION. ABSTRACT In this study that have been carried out between June 1994 and May 1995, on common carp, (Cyprinus carpio L. 1758) which cought from two different stations, Çobanlar and Bektaşağa, were examined for ectoparasites. The fish were cought by gill net, fish pot and cast net during the period of 12 months from these stations in Sinop and brought alive to Sinop Fisheries Faculty laboratory for examination. Lenght, weight, age and sex of fish were determined. Three localities of fishes that skin, gills and fins were examined at first macroscopicalry and then microscopically using light microscope. At the end of examinations, 3 species of Trichodina, 1 species of Trichodinella, 1 species of Epistylis, and 1 species of Apiosoma belong to phylum of Ciliophora; 2 species of Dactylogyrus and 1 species of Gyrodactylus belong to phylum of Plathelminthes; 1 species of Argulus belong to phylum of Arthropoda were determined.
