Broiler Üretiminde Yem Formunun Performansa Etkileri

Abstract

ÖZET Bu araştırma değişik yem formlarının (toz, granül ve pelet) broiler performanslarına etkisini ortaya koymak amacı ile yürütülmüştür.Deneme tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme süresi 45 gün olarak ele alınmıştır. 45. gün sonunda her gruptan 10 erkek ve 10 dişi hayvan kesilerek karkas özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Hayvanların beslenmesinde JET-YEM fabrikasından temin edilen yemler kullanılmış, aydınlatma san ampullerle 24 saat olacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir.Denemede yem formu dışında kalan bütün çevresel faktörler sabit tutulmaya çalışılmıştır. Deneme süresince canlı ağırlık, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma oram verim indeksi, yaşama gücü ve karkas özellikleri ile ilgili değerlerin analizlerinde Harvey (1987) ve Mstat istatistik paket programlan kullanılmıştır. Yetiştirme dönemi sonunda birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü gruplar için sırasıyla canlı ağırlık ortalamaları; 2096.73 ± 12.55, 2195.98 ± 15.05 ve 2359.11 + 21.69 g; hayvan basma yem tüketimi 4200, 4350 ve 4400 g; yemden yararlanma oranlan 2.05, 2.03 ve 1.90; verim indeks değerleri 219.10, 231.50 ve 267.64; karkas randımanı % 67, % 73 ve % 72; yaşama gücü % 96.4, % 96.3 ve % 97 olarak belirlenmiş olup, yem formunun hayvanların performans özellikleri üzerindeki etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (P < 0.05). Denemede elde edilen bulguların ışığında en iyi yemleme sisteminin toz + granül + pelet form yem sıralaması olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.20 7. SUMMARY This study was conducted to determine the effects of different feed forms (Mash, crumble and pellet) on broiler performance. Trial was planned in Randomized Pilot Design and lasted 45 days. At the end of the trial 10 male and 10 female birds from each of the group were slaughtered, and carcass traits were determined. Broiler feeds obtained from Jet Feed Factory were used for feeding of the birds. The pen was illimunated with yellowish bulbs during the 24 hours. The factors, except for feed form, were constant during the experiment. The live weight, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, production indice, viability, carcass characteristics were analyzed by using of Harvey (1987) and Mstat statistical packet programs. At the end of the trial; live weight averages, feed consumption per hen; feed conversion ratio, production indices, carcass ratio and viabilities were determined as 2096.73 ± 12.55, 2195, 98 ± 15.05 end 2359.11 ± 21.69 g; 4200, 4350 and 4400 g; 2.05, 2.03 and 1.90; 219.10, 231.50 and 267.64; 67, 73 and 72 %; 96.4, 96.3 and 97 % for 3 groups respectively. The effect of feed forms on broiler performances was found significantly (P<0.05). Results obtain from this trial indicated that the best feeding system is mash form + crumble form + pellet form system.
