Sinop İli İç Limanında Tespit Edilen Başlıca Planktonik Organizmalar Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

-III- SiNOP İLİ İÇ LİMANDA TESBİT EDİLEN BAŞLICA PLANKTONİK ORGANİZMALAR ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Ekim 1993 - Eylül 1994 tarihleri arasında yapılan bu araştırmada Sinop ili iç Liman bölgesinde dağılım gösteren plankton türleri incelenmiştir. Her ay toplanan örnekler ışık mikroskobunda morfolojik ve anatomik olarak incelenerek sistematik durumları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma sonucunda fitoplanktona ait 57 tür, zooplanktona ait 25 tür olmak üzere toplam 82 tür saptanmıştır. Bunların 26'sı Pyrrophyta'ya, 31'i Chrysophyta' ya ait phytoplankton türleridir. Zooplanktonda ise Protozoa phylumundan 6 tür, Coelenterata phylumundan 2 tür, Ctenophora phylumundan 1 tür, Arthropoda phylumundan 19 tür, Chordata phylumundan 1 tür tanımlanmıştır. Ayrıca meroplanktonda yer alan Annelida ve Mollusca phylumlarına ait türlerle, Arthropoda phylumunda yer alan Cirripedia ve Malacostraca subclaasislerine ait larvaların tanımları da verilmiştir.

-IV- A STUDY CONCERNING THE MAIN PLANKTONIC ORGANISMS OF THE INNER HARBOR OF THE PROVINCE OF SINOP ABSTRACT The studies that have been conducted during the period of October 1993 - September 1994 on planktonic organisms that had shown distribution in the region of Sinop' s inner harbor. Periodic collection of these samples are studied under light microscope from the point of morphologic and anatomic aspects, thus releaving the systematic classification. It has been determined 57 species of phytoplankton and 25 species of zooplankton, which are totally 82 species of plankton. 26 of these species belong to Pyrrophyta and 31 species of Chrysophyta belong to the phytoplankton species. On the other hand, in our studies we have determined 6 species as Protozoa, 2 species Coelenterata, 1 species Ctenophora, 19 species of Arthropoda and 1 species Chordata. Furthermore, there have also been included Annelida, Mollusca and Cirripedia and Malacostraca of Arthropoda living as meroplankton.
