Melek Balıkları (Pterophyllum Scalare Lichtenstein, 1823)'nda Yumurta ve Larval Gelişimin İncelenmesi

Abstract

IV MELEK BALIKLARI (Pterophyllum scalare Liechtenstein, 1823)'NDA YUMURTA ve LARVAL GELİŞİMİN İNCELENMESİ ÖZET Bu çalışmada, melek balığı (Pterophyllum scalare Liechtenstein, 1823)'mn yumurta ve larval gelişimi incelenmiştir. Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Sinop Su Ürünleri Fakültesi Yetiştiricilik Laboratuvarında yürütülen çalışmada 60x40x30 cm ebatlarındaki bir akvaryumda 13,48 g ağırlığında, 9 cm boy ve 11 cm genişliğindeki dişi anaç melek ile 21,54 g ağırlığında, 9,4 cm boy ve 11,8 cm genişliğindeki erkek anaç melekten 185 adet yumurta elde edilmiştir. Yumurtalar, derhal 45x20x25 cm ebatlarındaki bir başka akvaryuma alınarak deneme başlatılmıştır. Oküler mikroskop altında (4x10) yumurta çapı ortalama; kısa eksen 1,03±0,01 mm ve uzun eksen 1,37±0,01 mm olan yumurtaların inkubasyon süresi 28±2°C'de 58 saat sürmüştür. İnkubasyon sonunda çıkan larvaların total boylan oküler mikroskop altında ortalama 2,70±0,06 mm olarak tespit edilmiştir. Larvalar, 85. saatte oküler mikroskop altında ortalama boylan 4,73±0,12 mm iken hava keselerini şişirip serbest yüzmeye başlamışlardır. In the study which carried out in the laboratory of University of Ondokuz Mayıs, Sinop Fisheries Faculty, prior to the experiment, a mature female with a weight of 13,48 g ( 9 cm length, 11,8 cm width) and a mature male with a weight of 21,54 g ( 9,4 cm length, 11,8 cm width) were helt in a glass aquaria of 60x40x30 cm and 185 eggs were obtained. Immediately after spawning the eggs were transferred to an other glass aquaria of 45x20x25 cm. The incubation period was monitored under an ocular microscope (4x10). Hatching took place from 58 hours in water temperature of 28 ± 2 °C. At this time mean values of the shorter and longer axis of eggs were measured as 1,03±0,01 mm and 1,37± 0,01 mm, respectively. After hatching mean total lengths of larvae was measured as 2,70±0,06 mm. First swimming behavior was observed at eighty fifth hour and the mean lengths was recorded as 4,73±0,12 mm at this time.
