Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında fenil asetik asit hidrazid'in diasetilmonoksim ile tepkimesinden yeni hidrazonoksim ligandı ve bu ligandın Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) ve UO2(VI) tuzlarıyla tepkimesinden beş adet metal kompleksi sentezlendi. Ligandın kimyasal yapısı elementel analiz, IR, UV-Vis. spektral verileri ile aydınlatıldı. Komplekslerin kimyasal yapıları; elementel analiz, IR, UV-Vis. spektral verileri ve manyetik moment ölçümleri ile aydınlatılmaya çalışıldı. Komplekslerin termal davranışları termik analiz teknikleri ile incelendi. Tek kristali elde edilebilen LH2 ligandı ve [Co(LH)2]·2H2O, [Ni(LH)(py)2(CH3COO)], [Cu(LH2)2]·2NO3·2H2O, [UO2(LH)2] komplekslerinin yapıları X-ışını tek kristal kırınım yöntemi ile aydınlatıldı. LH2 ligandı ve [Co(LH)2]·2H2O, [Ni(LH)2], [Ni(LH)(py)2(CH3COO)], [Cu(LH2)2]·2NO3·2H2O, [UO2(LH)2] komplekslerinin antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri araştırıldı. LH2 ligandı ve [Co(LH)2]·2H2O, [Ni(LH)2], [Cu(LH2)2]·2NO3·2H2O, [UO2(LH2] komplekslerinin antioksidan aktiviteleri araştırıldı.
In this thesis, a new hydrazoneoxime ligand was synthesized by reaction of phenyl acetic acid hydrazide with diacetylmonoxime, and five metal complex of this ligand reacted with the salts of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and UO2(VI) were synthesized. Chemical structure of the ligand was elucidated by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis. spectral data. Chemical structures of complexes; elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis. spectral data and magnetic moment measurements. The thermal behaviors of the complexes were studied by thermal analysis techniques. LH2 ligand and the structures of [Co(LH)2]·2H2O, [Ni(LH)(py)2(CH3COO)], [Cu(LH2)2]·2NO3·2H2O, [UO2(LH)2] complexes were studied and their structure were investigated by X-ray single crystal method. LH2 ligand and [Co(LH)2].2H2O, [Ni(LH)2], [Ni(LH)(py)2(CH3COO)], [Cu(LH2)2]·2NO3·2H2O, [UO2(LH)2] complexes were investigated for their antimicrobial activities. LH2 ligand and [Co(LH)2].2H2O, [Ni(LH)2], [Cu(LH2)2]·2NO3·2H2O, [UO2(LH)2] complexes were investigated for their antioxidant activities.
