Abstract

Bu çal mada a r metal kirlili ine neden olarak dü ünülen etkenlerin minimumseviyede bulundu u k rsal ve maksimum seviyede bulundu u yo un trafik veendüstriyel etkinliklerin oldu u yerle im bölgelerindeki baz sebzelerde (marul,maydanoz, kara lahana ve k rçan) bulunan a r metal miktarlar n n tayin edilmesiamaçlanm t r. ncelenen sebzeler y kan p kurutulup küçük parçalar halinegetirildikten sonra, HNO3, HClO4 eklenerek ya yakma yöntemi uygulanm ve a rmetal miktarlar belirlenmi tir.Analizler sonucunda bitkilerde bulunan Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn ve deri imleri her birye il bitkiden üçer numune al narak AAAS ile Pb ise Voltametri ile saptanm t r. Bunagöre k rsal bölgeden al nan maruldaki Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn deri imleri s ras yla 11,17±1,62;10,17±3,55;, 10,17±2,85; 200,37±18,59; 6,13±0,66 mg/kg, endüstriyel bölgedenal nan maruldaki Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn ve Pb deri imleri s ras yla 17,32±3,2; 25,43±4,47;23,82±3,43; 356,22±101,13; 17,57±1.82 mg/kg olarak bulunmu tur. K rsal bölgedenal nan maydanozda ayn metallerin deri imleri s ras yla 7,81±1,42; 7,27±3,15; 1,57±0,31, 83,61±23,58; 6,69±0,34 mg/kg , endüstriyel bölgeden al nan maydanozdakimetal deri imleri ise 15,72±3,93; 15,71±6,54; 7,57±1,66; 252,61±101,44; 13,39±2,33mg/kg olarak bulunmu tur. K rsal bölgeden al nan yaprak lahanadaki Cu, Mn, Ni, Znve Pb deri imleri s ras yla 4,17±1,4; 8,85±1,55; 2,37±0,56; 83,63±24,53, 3,45±0,83mg/kg, endüstriyel bölgeden al nan yaprak lahanadaki Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn ve Pbderi imleri s ras yla 10,11±0,3; 15,23±2,32; 5,65±1,45; 293,25±14,75; 5,46±0,75mg/kg olarak bulunmu tur. In this research, heavy metal contents of some vegetables (lettuce, parsley,kale and k rçan) in rural areas which have the minimum effects to heavy metalpollution and intensive traffic and areas of industrial activities which have maximumeffects to heavy metal pollution were determined. Following the washing, dryingand cutting the vegetables, HNO3 and HClO4 were added and using dry ash method,heavy metal concentrations were determined.The concentrations of the heavy metals such as Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn weredetermined by FAAS, but Pb was determined by polarography. In the resultinganalysis, the concentration of Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn and Pb in lettuce from rural area werefound 11,17±1,62; 10,17±3,55; 10,17±2,85; 200,37±18,59; 6,13±0,66 mg/kg, and17,32±3,2; 25,43±4,47; 23,82±3,43; 356,22±101,13; 17,57±1.82 mg/kg fromindustrial area respectively. The same metals in parsley from rural area were found7,81±1,42; 7,27±3,15; 1,57±0,31; 83,61±23,58; 6,69±0,34 mg/kg, and 15,72±3,93;15,71±6,54; 7,57±1,66; 252,61±101,44; 13,39±2,33 mg/kg from industrial arearespectively. The concentration of Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn and Pb in Kale from rural area werefound 4,17±1,4; 8,85±1,55; 2,37±0,56; 83,63±24,53; 3,45±0,83 mg/kg and 10,11±0,3;15,23±2,32; 5,65±1,45; 293,25±14,75; 5,46±0,75 mg/kg from industrialized arearespectively. The results for Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn and Pb in k rçan were found 12,27±4,4;9,01±2,16; 1,77±0,89; 92,61±11,81; 0,37±0,029 mg/kg from rural area, and20,13±1,66; 22,01±9,53; 8,47±1,68; 168,02± 56,6; 2,95±1,15 mg/kg fromindustrialized area respectively.The accuracy of the method was tested with certified reference orientaltobacco leaves (CTA-OTL-1).We conclude that however the industrial areas emit some heavy metals to theenvironment, but the heavy metal content of the studied vegetables were notexceeded the literature and official values.Key Words: Samsun, heavy metals, green vegetables, FAASThis document was created with Win2PDF available at http://www.win2pdf.com.The unregistered version of Win2PDF is for evaluation or non-commercial use only.
