Samsun İlinde Post-Mortem Dönemde İnsanda Gelişen Böcek Türlerinin Saptanması

Abstract

IÖZETSAMSUN İLİNDE POST-MORTAL DÖNEMDE İNSANDA GELİŞEN BÖCEKTÜRLERİNİN SAPTANMASIBu çalışma 2003-2004 yıllarında Samsun il sınırları içinde ?post-mortal? dönemdeinsan cesetleri üzerinde gelişme gösteren böcek türlerinin saptanması amacıyla yürütülmüştür.Araştırma post-mortal süreçte uzun süre dış çevre koşularına maruz kalmış 5 adetinsan cesedi üzerinden toplanan böceklerle yürütülmüştür. Ergin böcekler doğrudan toplanıpöldürülmüş, larva döneminde bulunanlar ise laboratuar koşullarında et üzerinde beslenerekergin döneme ulaşmaları sağlanmıştır.Araştırma sonunda Diptera ve Coleoptera takımına ait 13 böcek türü saptanmıştır. Butürler Diptera takımından; Calliphora sp., Lucilia illustris, L.sericata, Chrysomya albicebs,Sarcophaga carnaria, S.argyrostama, Musca domastica, Piophilia casei ve Coleopteratakımından; Necrobia rufipes, Saprinus pennsylvanicus, Dermestes frischii, Dermestesundulotus, Necrodes surinamensis, Deltochilum gibbosum' dır.Anahtar Kelimeler: böcek, adli entomoloji, insan, ceset, TürkiyeIIABSTRACTDETERMINATION OF THE INSECT SPECIES DEVELOPED ON HUMANCORPSES DURING POST-MORTAL PERIOD IN SAMSUN PROVINCE, TURKEYThis research aims to determine of the ot insect species which develop on humancorpse during post-mortal period in Samsun province between 2003 and 2004.The material of the research was composed of insect, which were grown on fivecorpses and they were imposed on external environmental conditions for a long time duringpost-mortal period. Adult insects were directly collected from corpse area and then killed,while immature stoges of insects were grown in laboratory conditions until reaching adultstoge.The research results show that there were 13 different insect species.
