Farklı Yemlerin Damızlık Gökkuşağı Alabalığının (Oncorhynchus Mykiss) Yumurta Üretimi ve Kalitesine Etkileri

Abstract

III Farklı Yemlerin Damızlık Gökkuşağı Alabalığının (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Yumurta Verimi ve Kalitesine Etkileri ÖZET Denemede, ortalama vücut ağırlığı yaş yem grubu için 320.50±7.20 gram, pelet yem grubu için ise 310.00±9.03 gram olan Gökkuşağı damızlıklarına yaş yem (Mezbaha yan ürünleri) ve kuru (pelet) yem altı ay boyunca doyuncaya kadar verilmiş olup farklı yemlerin yumurta üretimine (mutlak ve nispi yumurta verimi) ve yumurta kalitesi (Döllülük oram, çıkış gücü, kuluçka randımanı, keseli dönemde yaşama gücü ve yumurta çapı) üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Deneme sonunda kuru ve yaş yem verilen gruplardan sırasıyla 577.50+35.67 g., 681.25+16.63 g. ortalama canlı ağırlıklar elde edilmiştir. Grupların yumurta üretimi mutlak ve nispi yumurta verimliliği olarak ele alınmıştır. Mutlak yumurta verimliliği ortalama olarak Yaş yem grubu için 1954.25+75.79 adet ve Pelet yem grubu için ise 1521.25+110.61 adet yumurta hesaplanmıştır. Nispi yumurta verimliliği yaş ve pelet yem için sırasıyla 2869.30+93.247 adet/kg. ve 263 2.3 0± 10 1.8 5 adet/kg olarak bulunmuştur. Deneme sonunda, yaş ve pelet yemler için sırasıyla döllülük oram değerleri %98.98±0.13, %97.92±0.71, çıkış gücü %85.30±1.65, %77.43±5.43; kuluçka randımanı %84.29±1.50, %75.24±5.24, keseli dönemde yaşama gücü sırasıyla %95.48±1.85, %98. 52+0.37, yumurta çapı değerleri 4.40+0.04 ve 4.26+0.09 mm olarak tespit edilmiştir. ABSTRACT In this study, there were two groups fishes which feed as dry feed and wet feed ones. The avarage body weight of these groups was 310.00+9.03 g. and 320.50+7.20 g. respectively. To investigate the effects of different feed groups (dry and wet) on the egg production (obsolute and relative fecundity) and egg quality (Fertilization rate, hatching yield, brooding yield, the survival rates 'in larval stage' and eggs diameter), Rainbow trouts have been fed adlibitum with dry and wet feed for six months before spawning time. At the end of study the live weights of the wet and pellet feed groups were 681.25+16.63 g. and 577.50± 35.67 g. respectively. The absolute and relative eggs fecundity for the wet feed groups was 1954.25+75.79 and 2869.30+93.24 per kg and for the pellet group was 1521.25+ 110.61 and 2632.30+101.85 per kg respectively. Wet feed groups were found as the best one interms of absolute eggs fecundity. Fertilization rate of eggs, hatching yield, brooding yield and survival rate of fry at the end of fry period for wet feed group were calculated %98.98± 0.13, %85.30±1.65, %84.29±1.50, and %95.48±1.85 respectively. These values for dry (pellet) feed group were observed as %97.92±0.71, %77.43±5.43, %75.24±5.24, and %98. 52+0.37 respectively. Egg diameter for wet feed group was found 4.40+0.04 mm. and in dry (pellet) feed group was 4.26+0.09 mm. Key Words: Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), egg production, egg quality.
