Abstract
Fe-C ALAŞIMLARINDA MARTENSİTİK FAZ DÖNÜŞÜMLERİNİN HESAPLANMASI ÖZET Demir bazlı alaşımların hızlı bir şekilde ısıtılması veya soğutulması ile fcc yapıdaki ana faz (austenit), bcc veya bet kristal yapıya sahip ürün faza (martensit ) dönüşür. Bu çalışmada Austenit -> Martensit dönüşümün özellikleri tanımlanarak, matematiksel analizi W - L - R teorisine göre yapıldı. Daha sonra dönüşüm sonucu oluşan martensitik plakaların üzerine yerleştiği habit düzleminin doğrultman kosinüsleri farklı % C oranlı Fe-C alaşımı için hesaplandı. Ayrıca ikizlenmiş martensitik plakalara ait bozulma matrisinin değeri, dönüşüm esnasında ortaya çıkan kesme zorunun doğrultusu ve kesmenin büyüklüğü hesaplandı. IV THE CALCULATION OF MARTENSITIC PHASE TRANSFORMATION IN FE - C ALLOYS ABSTRACT When the iron based alloys are heated or cooled very quickly, the parent phase (austenit) with the fee structure is transformed into bec or bet crystallographic product phase (martensit). In this study, by describing the properties of the Austenit -> Martensit transformation, the mathematical analysis has been done by using the W-L-R theory. Then direction cosinuses of habit plane placed onto martensitic plates which produced by transformation has been calculated for Fe - C alloy with the ratio of different %C. Further more, the value of distortion matrix relating to the twin-related martensitic plates, the direction of simple shear appeared by transformation and the magnitude of shear have been estimated.
