Publication: Tarçın Kabuğundan (Cortex Cinnamonium) Sinnamaldehit İzolasyonu ve Buna Karşılık Gelen Bazı Schiff Bazlarının Sentezi
Abstract
Ill ÖZET Bu çalışmada, tarçın kabuğu (Cortex Cinnamon i um), uçucu yağının ana bileşeni olan sinnamaldehit 'in izolas yonu gerçekleştirildi ve metanollü ortamda asit katalizörlüğünde hidrazin ve 2, 4-dinitrofenilhidrazin ile etkileştirilmesiyle, karşılık gelen Schiff bazları sentez edildi. Sentez edilen bu bileşiklerin bazı fizik sel ve kimyasal özellikleri belirlenerek yapıları, infrared ve nükleer manyetik rezonans spaktroskopisi teknikleriyle incelendi.
IV ABSTRACT In this study, the isolation of cinnamaldehyde which is the main component of essential oil of Cortex Cinnamonium was carried out and corresponding Schif f bases were synthesized by acid catalysis reaction of cinnamaldehyde with hydrazine and 2,4-dinitroph©nyl- hydrazine in methanol. Some physical and chemical properties of related compounds were examined and characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques.
