Abstract
FINDIK HASAT MAKİNASI İÇİN MEKANİK BİR TOPLAMA ÜNİTESİNDE BAZI YAPISAL VE İŞLETME PARAMETRELERİNİN FONKSİYONEL ÖZELLİKLERE ETKİSİ ÖZET Bu çalışmada, fındık hasat makinasi için mekanik etkili hasat ünitesinin bazı yapısal ve işletme parametrelerinin fonksiyonel özelliklere etkisi belirlenmiştir. Toplama denemeleri bir toprak kanalı üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Fındıkların yerden toplanabilmesi için lastik parmaklı tip toplama ünitesi imal edilmiştir. Toplama ünitesinde 58.63, 64.45 ve 84.37 shore sertliklerinde 3 farklı lastik parmak tipi kullanılmıştır. Denemeler yaklaşık 3 km/h ilerleme hızında, 3 farklı bahçe verimi (tane olarak 50 kgf/da, 100 kgf/da, 150 kgf/da) ve toplama ünitesinin 6 farklı devir sayısında (200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 min'1) yürütülmüştür. Denemeler sırasında deney ünitesindeki materyal akışı video kamera ile görüntülenmiş ve görüntüler bilgisayar ortamında analiz edilmiştir. Denemelerde zuruflu-tane fındık karışımı, tane fındık ve çerçöp toplama etkinliği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere varyans analizi uygulanmış, ortalamalar Duncan testi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Varyans analizi sonuçlarına göre zuruflu-tane fındık toplama etkinliği üzerine parmak tipi, bahçe verimi ve toplama ünitesi devir sayısının etkisi istatistiksel açıdan (P<0.01) önemli bulunmuştur. Ancak devir sayısının etkisi bahçe verimi ve parmak tipine bağlı olarak farklı düzeyde olmuştur (P<0.05). İstatistiksel açıdan önemli olmamakla birlikte en yüksek zuruflu- tane fındık karışımı toplama etkinliği (%90.17) I. parmak tipinde, 100 kgf tane/da bahçe veriminde, 400 min'1 toplama ünitesinin devir sayısında elde edilmiştir. Bilgisayar ortamında incelenen materyal akışı görüntülerinden artan devir sayısıyla beraber9 materyalin daha toplu ve üst koruma sacını takip edecek şekilde bir yörünge oluşturduğu gözlenmiştir. THE EFFECT OF SOME STRUCTURAL AND OPERATING PARAMETERS ON FUNCTIONAL PROPERTIES OF THE MECHANICAL PICK-UP UNIT FOR HAZELNUT HARVESTING MACHINE ABSTRACT The effect of functional properties of some structural and operating parameters of the mechanical pick-up unit for hazelnut harvesting machine were researched Experiments were carried out mechanical pick-up unit with rubber finger in soil bin. Three different rubber finger which are 58.63, 64.45, 84.37 shore hardness were used on pick-up unit. Experiments were carried out approximately on 3 km/h ground speed, with three different garden productivities (50, 100, 150 kg/da on grain basis) and six different rates of pick-up unit revolution (200, 250,300, 350, 400, 450 min'1). The material flow in the experiment unit was recorded by a video camera during the experiments and the pictures were analyzed on a computer. The harvesting efficiency of a mix of husky and grain hazelnut, grain hazelnut, and twigs was researched in the experiments. Variance analyze was performed to the obtained values and the mean values were compared with the Duncan test. According to the results of the variance analyze, the effect of finger type, garden productivity, and rate of pick-up unit revolution on the harvesting efficiency of the mix of husky and grain hazelnut was found important in aspect of statistics (P<0.01), however the effect of rate of pick-up unit revolution was in different levels related to garden productivity and finger type (P<0.05). Although it is not important when taking statistics into consideration, the highest harvesting efficiency of the mix of husky and grain hazelnut (%90.17) was obtained with first finger type on 100 kgf/da garden productivity and 400 min'1 rate of pick-up unit revolution. When the pictures of the material flow were analyzed on a computer, it was observed that the material formed an orbit going pass upper protective sheet iron and it was more gathered with the rising of the rate of pick-up unit revolution.
