Abstract
Bu çalışmada Co-60 foton ışınlarının su ile etkileşimleri incelendi ve su fantomundayüzde derin doz değerleri ölçüldü. Suda gama ışınlarının enerji dağılımı ve ortalama serbestyolu, NEA dan sağlanan PENELOPE 2005 bilgisayar programı ile elde edildi. Yüzde derindoz, merkezi eksen boyunca herhangi bir derinlikteki soğurulan dozun, .referansderinliğindeki (dmak) soğurulan doza bölümü olarak tanımlanır. Co-60 foton ışınları için dmakmaksimum doz derinliği 0.5 cm ye eşittir. Yüzde derin doz SSD 80 cm de, 5x5' lik alandan25x25' lik alana kadar hesaplandı. Bütün ölçümler için derinlik su fantomunun yüzeyinden 30cm aşağısına kadar alındı. Ölçülen ve yayınlanan (BJR 25) yüzde derin doz eğrileri bütünalanlar için çizildi. Aynı zamanda, ölçülen ve yayınlanan veriler için bağıl hatalartablolandırıldı. Ölçülen ve yayınlanan doz değerleri arasındaki hatanın genel olarak %1' dendaha az olduğu bulundu.Anahtar Kelimler:Co-60, yüzde derin doz, SSD 80, su fantomu, PENELOPE.
In this study, the interactions with water of the Co-60 photons were investigated andpercentage depht dose were measured for the Co-60 photon beam in the water phantom. Theenergy distributions and the energy mean free paths of gama rays in water were obtained byPENELOPE 2005 computer code provided from the NEA. Percentage depht dose is definedas the quotient, expressed as a percentage, of the absorbed dose at any depht to the absorbeddose at a fixed reference depht d max , along the central axis of the beam. d max is the depht ofthe maximum dose, and equal to 0.5 cm for the Co-60 photon beam. Percentage depht dose, atthe SSD 80 cm, for field size from 5x5 cm to 25x25 were measured. Depht, for all of themeasurement. was taken at from water phantom surface to 30 cm below the phantom.Measured and Published (BJR 25) depht dose curves were drew for all field. And also formeasured and published data , relavite error were tabulated.
