Abstract
Bu araştırma; Dünya Aspir Gen Koleksiyonunda yer alan bazı aspir genotiplerinin Samsun ekolojik koşullarında verim ve verim unsurları ile bazı teknolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Tarla denemesi Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü deneme arazisinde, 2016-2017 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada bitki materyali olarak; 'Dünya Aspir Çekirdek Koleksiyonu'ndan' temin edilen 18 farklı ülkeden orijin alan 28 aspir genotipi ve Türkiye'de tescilli 3 aspir çeşidi (Remzibey, Balcı ve Dinçer) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada bitki boyu, ilk dal yüksekliği, bitkide dal sayısı, bitkide tabla sayısı, ana tabla çapı, bitki başına tabla ağırlığı, bitkide tohum sayısı, 1000 tane ağırlığı, bitki başına tane verimi, ham yağ oranı, bitki başına yağ verimi, palmitik asit oranı, stearik asit oranı, oleik asit oranı, linoleik asit oranı, linolenik asit oranı, araşidik asit oranı ve eikosenoik asit oranı incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucu; bitki boyunun 122-174 cm, ilk dal yüksekliğinin 74-131 cm, bitkide dal sayısının 4-13 adet, bitkide tabla sayısının 5-26 adet, ana tabla çapının 18.33-28.97 mm, bitki başına tabla ağırlığının 9.80-42.69 g, bitkide tohum sayısının 95-543 adet, 1000 tane ağırlığının 24.03-50.38 g, bitki başına tane veriminin 3.74-20.24 g, ham yağ oranının %23.39-40.87, bitki başına yağ veriminin 1.16-6.32 g, palmitik asit oranının %4.98-7.40, stearik asit oranının %0.209, oleik asit oranının %7.249-23.044, linoleik asit oranının %67.817-85.640, linolenik asit oranının %0.051-5.487, araşidik asit oranının %0.011-1.526 ve eikosenoik asit oranının %0.009-0.676 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir.
This research; Some safflower genotypes in the World Safflower Gene Collection were carried out to determine the yield and yield components and some technological properties in Samsun ecological conditions. The field experiment was conducted in the experimental land of Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Field Crops in 2016-2017. In the research as plant material; 28 genotypes originating from World Safflower Core Collection and 3 Turkish safflower varieties (Remzibey, Balcı and Dinçer) were used. In the research; as yield and yield components; plant height, first branch height, number of branches per plant, number of heads per plant, in the main head diameter, table weight per plant, number of seeds per plant, 1000 seed weight, seed yield per plant and as a technological character; crude oil content, oil yield per plant and palmitic acid ratio, stearic acid ratio, oleic acid ratio, linoleic acid ratio, linolenic acid ratio, arachidic acid ratio and eicosenoic acid ratio were investigated. As a result of the evaluation; plant height was 122-174 cm, the first branch height was 74-131 cm, the number of branches per plant was 4-13, the number of heads per plant was 5-26, in the main head diameter was 18.33-28.97 mm, table weight per plant was 9.80-42.69 g, the number of seeds per plant was 95-543, 1000 seeds weight was 24.03-50.38 g, seed yield per plant was 3.74-20.24 g, the rate of crude oil was 23.39-40.87%, oil yield per plant was 1.16-6.32 g, palmitic acid ratio was 4.98-7.40%, stearic acid ratio was 0.209%, oleic acid ratio was 7.249-23.044%, linoleic acid ratio was 67.817-85.640%, linolenic acid ratio was 0.051-5.487%, arachidic acid ratio was 0.011-1.526% and eicosenoic acid ratio was 0.009-0.676. As a result; when seed yield, crude oil ratio, oil yield, oleic and linoleic acid ratios and weighted total scores were taken into consideration; 12 genotypes (2, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 24, 26, 27) and 3 registered varieties (Remzibey, Balci and Dincer), including a total of 15 genotypes to continue the adaptation and selection work will be appropriate decided.
