Havaalanlarının (Samsun-Çarşamba) Çevresel Etkileri

Abstract

ABSTRAKT Bu çalışmada, projenin amacı belirlenerek tanımı yapılmış ve ÇED teknikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Havaalanı yer seçiminde önemli olan kriterler belirtilmiştir. Çalışmaya konu olan SAMSUN (Çarşamba) havaalanının bu kriterlere uygunluğu incelenmiştir. Proje sahası ve yakın çevresinin meteorolojik, jeolojik, hidrolojik, doğal ve kültürel varlıklar, maden ve fosil yakıt kaynakları, tarım ve hayvancılık, arazi kullanımı ve sosyo-ekonomik özellikleri açıklanmıştır. Havaalanlarının çevresel etkileri su temini-atıksu, katı atık, gürültü, hava emisyonları ve arazi kullanımı yönünden açıklanmıştır. SAMSUN (Çarşamba) havaalanının çevresel etkileri ve bu çevresel etkilere karşı alınacak önlemler belirtilmiştir. SAMSUN (Çarşamba) havaalanı için işletme döneminde yapılması gereken izleme-denetleme atıksu, katı atık, gürültü ve arazi kullanımı yönleriyle incelenmiştir. IIIENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF THE AIRPORTS ABSTRACT in this study, the idendification of the project was made after describing the purpose, and EIA techniques were submitted. For this purpose, the import criteria for the site selection of the airports were examined. After that, the suitability of the subject of a thesis, SAMSUN (Çarşamba) airport, was investigated according to those criteria. Furthermore; meteorological, geological, hydrological, natural, cultural and socio-economic properties of the project area and it's impact area were identified, land use potential of the region was described. On the other hand, the envıronmental impacts of the airports, in general, were discussed vvithin the frame of vvater supply, wastewater, solid waste, noise, air emissions and land use potential. From this point of view, the envıronmental impacts and the mitigation measures on those were examined for a case of SAMSUN (Çarşamba) airport in a thesis. As a result, monitoring follow-up procedure for a case study was submitted according to the criteria of wastewater, solid waste, noise and land-use potential..iv
