Abstract
İİİ GİRESUN İLİNDE YETİŞTİRİLEN BAZI SEBZE TÜRLERİNDE NİTRAT (N03) - NİTRİT (N02) ve MİNERAL MADDE KAPSAMLARININ ARAZİ TOPOGRAFYASINA BAĞLI OLARAK DEĞİŞİMLERİ ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı arazilerin topografık pozisyonlarına bağlı olarak bazı sebze türlerinde akümüle olan nitrat ve nitrit kapsamları ile sebzelerin N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, ve B kapsamlanndaki değişimleri incelemektir. Yaprak lahananın (Brassica olereacea var. acephala) nitrat içeriği 51.30-5467.50 mg NCVkg TM arasında bulunmuş; ortalama nitrat içeriği yönünden köyler Yaslıbahçe>Erimez>Eriklik>Demirci>Kayadibi>Bahçeli şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Bütün köylerde arazilerin etek pozisyonlarında, üst pozisyonlara göre, yaprak lahananın nitrat içeriği yüksek bulunmuştur. Marulda (Lactuca sativa) nitrat içeriği 150.30- 3007.50 mg NCVkg TM arasında olup ortalama nitrat içeriği yönünden marul örneklerinin alındığı köyler Biroğul>Bağlar> Avutmuş şeklinde sıralanmışlardır. Bütün köylerde arazilerin etek pozisyonlarında, üst pozisyonlara göre, marulun nitrat içeriği yüksek bulunmuştur. Ispanakta {Spinaciae olereacea) nitrat içeriği 81.50- 907.50 mg NCVkg TM arasında değişmiş; ıspanak örneklerinin alındıkları köyler ortalama nitrat içeriği yönünden Avutmuş>Bağlar>Biroğul şeklinde sıralanmışlardır. Örneklenen köylerde arazilerin etek pozisyonlarından alınan ıspanağın nitrat içeriği arazinin üst pozisyonlarına göre yüksek bulunmuştur. Beyaz başlahanada (Brassica olereacea var. capitata subvar alhd) nitrat içeriği 63.99- 539.25 mg NCVkg TM arasında değişmiş; beyaz başlahananın ortalama nitrat içeriği yönünden köyler Yedikardeş>Küt-Küt şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Örneklenen köylerde arazinin etek pozisyonlarından alman beyaz başlahananın nitrat içeriği üst pozisyonlara göre yüksek bulunmuştur. Sebzelerin NO2 kapsamları türlere, köylere, arazinin topografyasına göre farklı olmakla birlikte yaprak lahanada nitrit içeriği genellikle 1 mg N02/kg TM altında, marulda 0.20-19.07 mg N02/kg TM arasında, ıspanakta 0.82-37.02 mg NCVkg TM arasında beyaz başlahanada 0.16-1.05 mg NCVkg TM arasında bulunmuştur. Değişim sebzelere göre farklı olmakla birlikte ıspanakta N02 diğer sebzelere göre yüksek bulunmuştur. Genel olarak sebze türlerine, köylere ve arazilerin topografık pozisyonlarına bağlı olarak bazı sebze türlerinde azot, fosfor, potasyum, kalsiyum, magnezyum, çinko ve bor kapsamı düşük bulunmuştur.
