Abstract
Bu çalışmada Cux(PbS)ı-x bileşiğinin elektrik iletkenli ği değişimi basınca, sıcaklığa ve konsantrasyona bağlı olarak incelendi. Bileşikler her bir konsantrasyon değeri için 5, 6, 7, 8 ton basınç altında preslenerek silindirik şekle sahip pellet haline getirildi. Oluşturulan bu pelletler fırın ( MF 120 ) içine konularak 130 «C ede üç saat süre pişirildi. Pişirme işleminden sonra her bir numune için direnç değerleri okuna rak ösdirenç ve buna bağlı olarak iletkenlik hesabı yapıldı. Daha sonra bu pelletler direnç ölçüm düzeneği ile bir likte fırın içine yerleştirilerek oda sıcaklığından 300°C ye kadar ısıtılarak tekrar oda sıcaklığına inilerek tavlama ( annealing ) işlemi yapıldı. Tavlama işlemi sırasında her 10°Cfde bir numunelerin direnç değerleri dijital mul timet re den (Escort EDM 2347 ) okundu. Okunan değerler göz önüne alınarak her bir numune için özdirenç ve buna bağlı olarak iletkenlik hesapları yapıldı.
In this study, the pressure, temperature and concen tration dependence of electrical conductivity variation of Cu«(PbS)i-x compound has been investigated. Cylindrical pellets were made by keeping the compounds under a pressure of 5, 6, 7, 8 tons/ for different concen- tration values. The pellets were put into an oven ( MP 120 ) operating at 130° C and cooked for three hours.. After cooking, the resistancesof the pellets were measured and the specific resistances and conductivity were calculated. After, the pellets were put into an oven together with the resistivity measurement apparatus. Annealing procedure was completed by heating the samples from the room temperature to 300° C and then cooling. them down to room temparature again. The resistance values of the sampels were recorded an a digital multimeter ( Escort EDM 2347 ) every 10 °C during annealing. The specific resistivity for each sample was determined by considering the resistance values. These specific resistivities were used in conductivity calculations.
