Sinop Kıyılarında Potansiyel Deşarj Noktalarının Suyun Kalitesine ve Canlılara Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalısmanın amacı, Sinop Yarımadası kıyılarında kentsel nitelikli desarjların su kalitesi üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesidir. Su örnekleri, Temmuz 2006, Haziran 2007 tarihleri arasında, 8 istasyondan, kıyıdan alınmıstır. Su kalite parametreleri (tuzluluk ve elektriksel iletkenlik, pH, sıcaklık, çözünmüs oksijen (mg/l), BO (mg/l), organik madde testi (mg/l), toplam alkalinite (mg CaCO3/l), toplam askıda katı madde (mg/l), nitrit tayini (mg/l NO2 - -N), nitrat tayini (mg/l NO3 - -N) ve serbest karbondioksit tayini (mg/l)) her istasyon için belirlenmistir. Bu çalısmanın diger bir asamasında, çalısma alanı olarak belirlenen Sinop Yarımadası'nda seçilen 7 istasyonun üst infralittoral zonunda, Amphipod, Mollusca faunası ve Annelida, Nemertini ve Nematoda Phylum'larına ait türler mevsimlik olarak arastırılmıstır. Elde edilen türlerden Annelida, Nemertini ve Nematoda Phylum'larına ait 33 tür, Crustacea'ya ait 58 ve Mollusca'ya ait 20 tür kaydedilmistir. El direci ile toplanan sediman örneklerinde, su içerigi, organik madde ve porozite yüzdeleri, redoks potansiyeli, pH analizi ve partikül boyutu analizleri yapılmıstır. Bu analizlerden, yüzey sedimanında su içerigi yüzdesi 8 istasyonda farklı bulunmus olup bu degerler % 62,67 ile % 0,11 arasındadır. Ayrıca, örneklerde organik madde degeri, en yüksek % 5, 61 olarak bulunmustur. Çalısmada, mikrobiyolojik analizler de yapılmıs ve toplam koliform, fekal koliform ve fekal streptekok degerleri belirlenmistir. The aim of the present study was to determine wastewater sewage effects on water quality at the coastal zone of Sinop Peninsula. The water samples were taken at sea from 8 stations between July 2006 and June 2007. Water quality parameters (salinity and conductivity, pH, temperature, soluable oxygen (mg/l), BOD (mg/l), organic matter test (mg/l), total alkalinity (mg CaCO3/l), total suspended solid (mg/l), nitrite test (mg/l NO2 - -N), nitrate test (mg/l NO3 - -N), and free carbondioxide (mg/l)) were determined from each station. Another part of the study was to determine seasonally, the Amphipoda, Mollusca fauna and Annelida, Nemertini and Nematoda Phylum, in the upper infralittoral zones from 7 stations of the Sinop Peninsula as investigation region were chosen. Total species that have been recorded 33 species for Annelida, Nemertini and Nematoda, 58 species for Crustacea and 20 species for Mollusca. On the sediment samples, collected with a hand drage sediment sample; water content, organic matter and porosity percentages, redox potential, pH analysis and particul size analyses were performed. From these analyses, it was determined that the sediment layers water contents were found different from 8 stations betwen % 62,67-% 0,11. Also, in these samples the value of organic matter (%) max. 5,61 were found. In the study, microbiological parameters was to determine, which are total coliform, fecal coliform and fecal strepteccocus.
