iFARKLI ORANLARDA FINDIK KÜSPESİ İÇEREN İSONİTROJENİKRASYONLARIN, GÖKKUŞAĞI ALABALIĞI'NIN (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum,1792) BÜYÜMESİ, KİMYASAL YAPISI VE SİNDİRİLEBİLME ORANI ÜZERİNEETKİLERİÖZETBu araştırmada, farklı oranlarda fındık küspesi içeren isonitrojenik rasyonlarıngökkuşağı alabalığının, (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792), büyüme, kimyasal yapı vesindirilebilme oranları üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir.Araştırmada, ortalama ağırlıkları 37.89±0.02 g olan gökkuşağı alabalıkları, %0 (1.grup), %15 (2. grup), %30 (3. grup) ve %45 (4. grup) oranında fındık küspesi içerecekşekilde hazırlanan ve sırası ile %45.40, %45.77, %44.89, %44.96 protein oranına sahip 4deneme rasyonu ile 60 gün süre ile beslenmişlerdir.Deneme sonunda, rasyondaki fındık küspesi oranının gökkuşağı alabalığının canlıağırlık artışı (CAA, %) ve spesifik büyüme oranı (SBO, %) üzerinde etkili bir faktör olduğuve rasyondaki fındık küspesi oranının artması ile büyümenin gerilediği saptanmıştır. Enyüksek CAA ve SBO, 1. ve 2. gruplardan elde edilirken, rasyondaki fındık küspesi oranının%30'a kadar yükselmesinin yem değerlendirme sayısı (YDS) ve protein değerlendirmerandımanını (PDR) etkilemediği saptanmıştır. En düşük CAA (%92.76±0.06), SBO(1.09±0.00) ve PDR (1.81±0.15) ile en yüksek YDS (1.23±0.10) 4. gruptan elde edilmiştir.Deneme sonunda elde edilen kondüsyon faktörü (KF), hepatosomatik indeks (HSI) veviserosomatik indeks (VSI) değerlerinin, rasyondaki fındık küspesi oranının artışındanetkilenmediği saptanmıştır.Tüm deneme gruplarında, protein (%90.93-%91.76) ve yağ (%96.78-%98.33) sindirilmeoranları oldukça yüksek oranda bulunmuş olmakla birlikte, istatistiksel farklılıkbulunmamıştır. Total sindirilme oranları ise rasyondaki fındık küspesinin artışına bağlıolarak azalmıştır.Deneme sonuçlarına göre, gökkuşağı alabalıklarında optimum büyümenin gerçekleşmesiiçin, rasyonlarda %15 oranında fındık küspesinin kullanılabileceği belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Gökkuşağı alabalığı, Oncorhynchus mykiss, fındık küspesi, büyüme,sindirilme oranı.
iiTHE EFFECTS OF ISONITROGENIC DIETS OF DIFFERENT HAZELNUTOIL CAKE LEVELS ON GROWTH, CHEMICAL COMPOSITION ANDDIGESTIBILITY OF TROUT (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792)ABSTRACTIn this study, the effects of isonitrogenic diets which contains different hazelnut oil cakeratios on growth, chemical composition and digestibility of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchusmykiss, were investigated.In the research, rainbow trout with an average weight of 37.89±0.02 g. have fed withfour different diets including hazelnut oil cake at rate of 0 % (1 st group), 15 % (2 nd group),30 % (3 rd group), 45 % (4 th group) and protein at rate of 45.40 %, 45.77 %, 44.89 % and44.96 % for a period of 60 days.At the end of the experiment, it is determined that the hazelnut oil cake ratio in the diethas an important factor on the weight gain of rainbow trout and on the specific growth rate(SGR, %), and with the increase of hazelnut oil cake ratio in the diet, the growth wasdecreased. The highest weight gain and SGR was obtained from the 1 st and 2 nd groups and itis determined that the increase of hazelnut oil cake ratio in the diet up to 30% did not affectfeed conversion ratio (FCR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER). The lowest weight gain(92.76±0.06, %), SGR (1.09±0.00) and PER (1.81±0.15), and the highest FCR (1.23±0.10)were obtained from 4th group. It is determined that the condition factor (CF), hepatosomaticindex (HI) and vicerosomatic index (VI) values were not affected from the increase ofhazelnut oil cake ratio in the diet at the end of the experiment.In all experimental groups, it was discovered the digestibility rate of protein (90.93 % -91.76 %) and lipid (96.78 % - 98.33 %) were observed at high levels while there was notstatistically difference. Total digestibility rate has been decreased depending on theincreasing of hazelnut oil cake.According to the experimental results , it was found that 15% hazelnut oil cake in thediets can be used for optimum growth of rainbow trouts.Key Words: Rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, hazelnut oil cake, growth, digestibility.
