Benzotiyofen ve Nitrotiyofen İçeren Bazı Schiff Bazlarının Sentezi ve Spektroskopik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 1-benzotiyofen-3-karbaldehit ve 5-nitrotiyofen-2-karboksaldehit; 3-metilanilin, 4-metilanilin, 2-kloranilin, 2-etilanilin, 2,4-dikloranilin, 4-kloranilin, 2-bromanilin, 4-bromanilin, 2-floranilin, 3-nitroanilin, 2,6-dimetilanilin, etan-1,2-diamin, 2-metil-4-nitroanilin ve benzilmonohidrazon ile reaksiyona sokularak karşılık gelen azometin bileşikleri elde edildi. Sentezlenen bileşikler, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(4-klorfenil)metanimin, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2 bromfenil) metanimin, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(4-bromfenil)metanimin, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2-florfenil)metanimin, (Z)-N-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-1-(3-nitrofenil)metanimin, (E)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2,6-dimetilfenil) metanimin, (E,Z)-N,N'-Etan-1,2-diylbis[1-(1-benzotiyofen-3-il)metanimin], (E)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2-metil-4-nitrofenil)metanimin, (2E)-2-[(2E)-(1-benzotiyofen-3-ilmetiliden) hidraziniliden]-1,2 difeniletanon, (Z)-N-(4-Metilfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin, (Z)-N-(3-Metilfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il) metanimin, (Z)-N-(2-Klorfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin, (Z)-N-(2-Etilfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin, (Z)-N-(2,4-Diklorfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin dır. Sentezlenen bu azometin bileşiklerinin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV-Vis spektroskopik teknikleri kullanılarak aydınlatıldı. Uygun çözücülerde tek kristalleri hazırlanan bileşiklerin kristalografik ve moleküler yapıları X-ışınları difraksiyon yöntemiyle de belirlendi. Schiff bases have been synthesized by the reaction of 1-benzothiophene-3-carbaldehyde and 5-nitro-thiophene-2-carboxyaldehyde; 3-methylaniline, 4-methylaniline, 2-chloroaniline, 2-ethylaniline, 2,4-dichloroaniline, 4-chloroaniline, 2-bromoaniline, 4-bromoaniline, 2-floroaniline, 3-nitroaniline, 2,6-dimethylaniline, ethan-1,2-diamine, 2-methyl-4-nitroaniline and benzilmonohydrazone. The synthesized compounds in this study are (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(4-klorfenil) metanimin, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2 bromfenil) metanimin, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(4-bromfenil)metanimin, (Z)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2-florfenil)metanimin, (Z)-N-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-1-(3-nitrofenil)metanimin, (E)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2,6-dimetilfenil) metanimin, (E,Z)-N,N'-Etan-1,2-diylbis[1-(1-benzotiyofen-3-il)metanimin], (E)-1-(1-Benzotiyofen-3-il)-N-(2-metil-4-nitrofe nil)metanimin, (2E)-2-[(2E)-(1-benzotiyofen-3-ilmetiliden) hidraziniliden]-1,2 difeniletanon, (Z)-N-(4-Metilfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin, (Z)-N-(3-Metilfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il) metanimin, (Z)-N-(2-Klorfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin, (Z)-N-(2-Etilfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin, (Z)-N-(2,4-Diklorfenil)-1-(5-nitrotiyofen-2-il)metanimin. The structures of synthesized azomethine compounds were determined by IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. The azomethine compounds were prepared as single crystal in the suitable solvent. The structures of the azomethine crystals which had been prepared in suitable solvent, were determined by X-Ray studies.
