Türkiye Glis Glis (Mammalia: Rodentia) Türünün Coğrafik Varyasyonları ve Karyolojik Özellikleri

Abstract

-18- V- ÖZET Bu araştırma, Glis glis (Linnaeus, 1766) türüne ait Türkiye'den değişik coğrafik bölgelerden toplanan 27 canlı örnek üzerinde yapılmıştır. Toplanan örneklerin morfolojik ve karyolojik özellikleri ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. İncelenen örneklerin özellik ve ölçüleri bu konuda çalışan araştırıcıların yayınladıkları özellik ve ölçülerle karşılaştırıl- mıştır. Bu analizler sonucunda, Türkiye'de Glis glis orientalis (Nehring, 1903) ve Glis glis pindicus Ondrias, 1966 alttürlerinin bulunduğu, bunlardan Glis glis pindicus alttürünün Türkiye memeli faunası için yeni kayıt oldu ğu tesbit edilmiştir. Taksonomik revizyonu yapılan alttürler için teşhis anahtarı ve yayılış haritası verilmiştir.

-19- SUMMARY In this research, a total of 27 specimens of the species Glis glis (Linnaeus, 1766) captured in various parts of Turkey and transfered alive to the laboratory, have been studied. The specimens were studied in respect to their morfological and karyological characteristics in detail. The data obtained from the specimens were compared with the results of the previous studies. In this study, two of the subspecies.Glis glis orientalis (Nehring, 1903) and Glis glis pindicus Ondrias, 1966, were determined in Turkey. One of these, Glis glis pindicus ;was determined to be new record for the fauna of Turkey. Taxonomically revised for these subspecies, a distribution map and key have been prepared.
