Abstract
Bu çalışmada, N,N?-bis(salisilidin)siklohegzandiamin (SCHD) bileşiği ile fonksiyonelleştirilmiş yeni bir Amberlit-XAD-4-N,N?-bis(salisilidin)siklohegzandiamin şelatlaştırıcı reçine sentez edilerek karakterize edilmiştir. Amberlit XAD-4-SCHD reçinesi su numunelerinde Cu(II), Pb(II), Ni(II) iyonlarının ayrılması, ön deriştirilmesi ve Alevli Atomik Absorpsiyon spektrometrisi (FAAS) ile tayininde kullanılmıştır.Önderiştirme işlemine etki eden pH, geri kazanım çözeltisinin hacmi ve derişimi, numune ve geri kazanım çözeltisinin akış hızı, numune hacmi ve yabancı iyon etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu metal iyonları 0,5 M nitrik asit çözeltisi ile geri kazanılmıştır (% 98-101). Reçinenin sorpsiyon kapasitesi değerleri 1,38x10-1 ve 3,58x10-1 mmol/g aralığında bulunmuştur. Cu(II), Pb(II) ve Ni(II) iyonları için gözlenebilme sınır değerleri sırasıyla 0,11; 1,91 ve 0,43 µg/L, tayin sınırları da sırasıyla 0,22; 7,84 ve 2,71 µg/L olarak hesaplanmıştır.Önerilen yöntemin doğruluğunu test etmek için sertifikalı standart referans maddeleri BCR?032 (Fosfat kayası) ve BCR?715 (Endüstriyel Atık Su) analiz edilmiştir. Yöntem atık su ve diğer su numunelerinde bakır, kurşun ve nikelin tayini için uygulanmıştır.
In this study, a new chelating resin, functionalized with N,N-bis(salicylidene)cyclohexanediamine (SCHD), Amberlite XAD-4-N,N-bis(salicylidene)cyclohexanediamine was synthesized and characterized. The resin Amberlite XAD-4-SCHD was used for selective separation, preconcentration and determination of Cu(II), Pb(II), Ni(II) ions in water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).Effects of pH, concentration and volume of elution solution, flow rate of elution and sample solution, sample volume and interfering ions for the preconcentration procedure were investigated. These metal ions have been desorbed with 0,5 M HNO3 (recovery, 98?101 %), The sorption capacity was found between 1,38x10-1 and 3,58x10-1 mmol/g. The detection limits of the method were found to be 0,11; 1,91 and 0,43 µg/L. Quantification limits of the method were found to be 0,22; 7,84 and 2,71 µg/L for Cu(II), Pb(II) and Ni(II) ions respectively.In order to test the accuracy of the proposed procedure, the certified reference materials, BCR-032 (Moroccan Phosphate Rock) and BCR-715 (Industrial Effluent Wastewater) were analyzed. The method was applied for the determination of copper, lead and nickel in waste-water and other water samples.
