Lepistes Balıklarının (Poecilia Reticulata Peters, 1859) Akvaryum Balık Yemi ve Bazı Canlı Yemlerle Beslenmesinin Balığın Büyüme ve Üreme Parametreleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yavru ve anaç lepistes (Poecilia reticulata Peters, 1859)balıklarına artemia, su piresi, akvaryum balık yemi + artemia, akvaryum balıkyemi + su piresi ve akvaryum balık yemi karışımından oluşan 5 farklı yemlemerejimi uygulanarak balığın büyüme, gonad gelişimi ve üreme verimliliği üzerineetkileri araştırılmıştır. Yavru lepistes balıkları ile yapılan deneme sonundaortalama canlı ağırlık artışı sırasıyla 0,189, 0,077, 0,222, 0,117, 0,132 g olaraksaptanmıştır. IV. ve V. gruplar arasındaki farkın önemsiz (p>0,05), diğer gruplararasındaki farklılıkların ise önemli (p<0,05) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gruplardakispesifik büyüme oranları ise sırasıyla % 4,56, % 3,04, % 4,81, % 3,77, % 3,94olarak tespit edilmiştir. Denemede, canlı yem katkılı akvaryum balık yemi ilebeslenen anaç lepistes balıklarının toplam yavru sayısında artış olduğu saptanmışve en fazla yavru verimi III. grupta (542 adet) ve IV. gruptan (401 adet) eldeedilmiştir. En az yavru verimi ise II. grupta (152 adet) gözlenmiştir. En yüksekortalama gonad ağırlığı 0,38 ± 0,09 g ile III. grupta, en düşük değer ise 0,13 ± 0,02g ile II. grupta bulunmuştur. II. grup ile III. grup arasındaki fark önemli (p<0,05)bulunurken, diğer gruplar arasındaki farklar istatistiksel olarak önemsiz (p>0,05)bulunmuştur. Grupların ortalama gonadosomatik indeks oranları sırasıyla 11,4,10,67, 20,92, 15,05, 14,15 olarak tespit edilmiştir. At the end of the experiment with fry guppies, thehigher average weight gained respectively 0,189, 0,077, 0,222, 0,117 and 0,132 gwere obtained. There were no significant differences between IV. and V. groups(p>0,05), while the other groups were significantly different from each other(p<0,05). The specific growth rates of the groups were 4,56, 3,04, 4,81, 3,77 and3,94 %, respectively. In the experiment, average total fry production of broodstockguppies increased with live food supplementation of aquarium fish food and thehighest fry production were obtained in III. group (542 individual) and IV. group(401 individual). However, the lowest fry production was calculated in II. group(152 individual). The highest mean gonad weight were found to be 0,38 ± 0,09 g inIII. group and the lowest 0,13 ± 0,02 g in II. group. There were significantdifferences between II. and III. groups (p<0,05), while the other groups were nosignificantly different from each other (p>0,05). The gonadosomatic index ofgroups were determinated as 11,4, 10,67, 20,92, 15,05 and14,15 respectively.
