Ağ Kafeslerde Farklı Yemlerle Beslenen Kefal (Mugil Auratus Risso, 1810) Yavrularının Gelişmesiyle İlişkin Bir Araştırma

iv AĞ KAFESLERDE FARKLI YEMLERLE BESLENEN KEFAL (Mugil auratus RiSSO, 1810) YAVRULARININ GELİŞMESİNE İLİŞKİN BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET: Denemede, ortalama ağırlıkları 14.56 g ve 14.71 g olan yavru kefal balıkları {M. auratus R. 1810)'nxn denizdeki ai kafeslerde yarı yaş yem {%50 alabalık icorgam %25 soya fasulyesi unu %25 buğday bonkalitesi karışımı) ve sazan pelet yemiyle beslenmeleri incelenmiştir. 60 gün süren deneme sonunda, gruplardan sırasıyla 23.83±0.6 g ve 22.0410.6 g ortalama canlı ağırlıklar elde edilmiş ve aradaki farklılık önemli bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Deneme sonunda gruplara ait ortalama canlı ağırlık artışları sırasıyla, 14.27 g ve 7.33 g olarak gerçekleşmiş, günlük canlı ağırlık artışları ise %1.63 ve %0.83 olarak saptanmıştır. Deneme gruplarındaki balıklar deneme süresince günde iki kez canlı ağırlıklarının kuru madde üzerinden %5'i oranında yenilenmiştir. Deneme süresince kafeslerin bulunduğu ortamın su sıcaklığı her gün kaydedilmiş ve ölen balıklar kafeslerden alınarak ağırlıkları tespit edilmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler: Kefal, yarıyaş yem, gelişme, yemlemeABSTRACT: In the research, juvenil mullets (M. auratus R. 1310) with initial mean weight of 14.15 g and 14.71 g were grown-on in sea cages to determinate the growth of the mugils fed on semi-moist feed (%50 trout viscera + %25 soybean meal + %25 high quality wheat bran) and carp pellets. At the end of the experiment, carried out for a period of 60 days, final average weights of 28.83± 0.6 g and 22.04±0.6 g have been obtained, respectively and the difference between the two harvesting weights was found statistically significant (P<0.05). The average individual weight gain was 14.27 g in the I. Group and 7.33 g in the II. Group, while the daily growth rates were found as 1.63% and 0.83% respectively. (During the research the fishes were fed semi-moist feed and pellet at rates' of %5vof body weight per day. Water temperature at the site was measured and recorded and the dead fish were taken away from the cages and weight daily. Key words: Mugil, semi-moist feed, growth, feeding.
