Sferik Etkili Grup İçeren Bazı Azo Boyarmaddelerinin Sentezi ve Boyama Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

m ÖZ Bu çalışmada, 2-tert-bütilfenol, 4-tert-bütilfenol, 4-sec-bütilfenol, 2-tert-bütil-4- metilfenol, 2-tert-bütil-4-metoksifenol, 2-izopropil-5-metilfenol, 2,6-dimetilfenol gibi sübstitüe fenoller; anilin, 2-kloranilin, 4-nitroanilin, 2-klor-4-nitroanilin ve 4-tert- bütilanilinin diazonyum tuzlarıyla etkileştirilerek karşılık gelen azobenzen türevleri sentezlendi. j^^ Sentezlenen bu boyarmaddelerin önce yapıları; İR, UV-VİS, 1H-NMR, 13C- NMR, ince tabaka kromatografisi (TLC) ve elementel analiz teknikleriyle incelenerek; bunlarla sire ve pamuklu kumaşlar boyanıp, elde edilen renklerin haslık tayinleri yapıldı.

IV ABSTRACT In this study, corresponding azobenzene derivatives have been synthesized by reacting the substituted phenols such as 2-tert-butylphenol, 4-tert-butyl phenol, 4- sec-butylphenol, 2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 2-tert-butyl-4-methoxy phenol, 2- isopropyl-5-methylphenol, and 2,6-dimethylphenol with the diazonium salts of the aniline, 2-chloroaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline, and 4-tert-butylaniline, The structures of these synthesized dyes were chracterized by IR, UV-VIS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, thin layer chromatography (TLC), and elemental analysis first and then the fabrices of polyester and cotton was dyed and the fastness analysis of the colours obtained was performed.
