Öğretmenlerin Sürekli Mesleki Gelişim İhtiyaçları ve Bireysel Mesleki Gelişim Planı Önerisi

Abstract

Araştırma öğretmenlerin sürekli mesleki gelişimi için öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişim ihtiyaçlarını belirleyip bireysel mesleki gelişim planı oluşturmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla yöntem olarak betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada hem nitel hem de nicel veriler bulunmaktadır. Araştırma 3 adımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci adımda anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'de facebook ve instangram kullanan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde kazara örneklem seçimi kullanılmış olup 500 öğretmene interaktif ortamda anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın ikinci adımında uzmanlarla odak grup görüşmesi yapılmış ve öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişim ihtiyaçları ve çözüm yolları raporlaştırılmıştır. Araştırma yönteminin üçüncü adımında ise literatür taraması ile dünyadaki mesleki gelişim faaliyetleri ve bu faaliyetlerin nasıl gerçekleştirildiği hakkında bilgi toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda belirtilen yöntemlerle toplanan veriler birleştirilip bireysel mesleki gelişim planı taslağı oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişimi için bireysel mesleki gelişimin önemi vurgulanmıştır.

The research was conducted to determine the professional development needs of teachers for the continuous professional development of teachers and to create an individual professional development plan. For this purpose, descriptive survey model was used as a method. There are both qualitative and quantitative data. The research consists of 3 steps. In the first step, a survey was conducted. The universe of the study consisted of teachers who use facebook and instangram in Turkey. The sample selection was used accidentally and 500 teachers were interviewed in an interactive environment. In the second step of the study, focus group interviews were conducted with experts and professional development needs and solutions of teachers were reported. In the third step of the research method, information on professional development activities in the world and how these activities are performed have been collected by literature review. As a result of the research, the data gathered by the methods mentioned were combined and an individual professional development plan was drafted. In addition, the importance of individual professional development is emphasized for the professional development of teachers.
