Abstract
Farklı moleküler yapı ve kimyasal özelliklere sahip kaliksarenler kullanılarakPVC membran Ag+ ve Pb2+-seçici mikro potansiyometrik ve kondüktometrik, veanyonlara duyarlı potansiyometrik PVC membran mikro sensörler geliştirildi.Sensörlerin durgun ve hareketli ortamlarda performansları test edildi.Hazırlanan Ag+ ve Pb2+-seçici potansiyometrik mikro sensörler ana iyonçözeltisine karşı Süper Nernst davranışı gösterirken (Ag+-seçici sensör için ~ 70 mV,Pb2+-seçici sensör için ~32 mV/her 10 kat değişim), cevap zamanları kısa (<10 s) vekullanım ömürleri uzundu (1-2 ay). Sensörlerin tamamı ~10-1-10-6 mol.L-1 derişimaralığında ana iyon çözeltisine karşı doğrusal davranış sergilemekteydi. Potansiyometriksensörler ana iyona karşı alkali, toprak alkali ve bazı geçiş metalleri yanında oldukçayüksek seçicilik sergilemekteydi.Hazırlanan kondüktometrik sensörlerin ana iyona karşı muhtemel girişim yapandiğer iyonlar yanında sergilediği seçicilik, potansiyometrik sensörlere göre dahadüşüktü. Kondüktometrik sensörler ana iyon çözeltisine karşı ~10-1-10-5 mol.L-1 derişimaralığında, kısa cevap zamanları (<10 s) ile doğrusal davranış sergilemekteydi.Hazırlanan potansiyometrik ve kondüktometrik sensörler kullanılarak bazısentetik ve gerçek numunelerde Ag+ ve Pb2+ tayinleri yapıldı.Anyon duyarlı sensörlerin mikro ölü hacme sahip akış hücreleri tasarlandı veakış enjeksiyon analizi (AEA) ve iyon kromatografik (IC) sistemlerde dedektör olarakkullanılarak çevre suyu örneklerinde yaygın olarak bulunan anyonların tayini yapıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: İyon Seçici Sensör, Potansiyometrik ve KondüktometrikMikro Sensör, İyon Kromatografi, Akış Enjeksiyon Analiz, Gümüş, Kurşun,Kaliksaren.
Potentiometric and conductometric Ag+ and Pb2+-selective, and anion sensitivePVC membrane micro-sized sensors were developed by using novel calixarenes havingdifferent structure and chemical properties. The performance characteristics of themicro-sized sensors were tested under static and dynamic conditions.Ag+ and Pb2+-selective potentiometric sensors performed Super-Nerstianbehaviour (~ 70 mV/per decade for Ag+-selective sensor, ~32 mV/per decade for Pb2+-selective sensor) in main ion solutions with a short response time ( <10 s) and long lifetime(1-2 months). All sensors exhibited a linear response towards main ion solutions inthe concentration range of ~10-1-10-6 mol.L-1. Potentiometric sensors also exhibited highselectivity to main ions than that of alkaline, alkaline earth and some transition metals.Potentiometric sensors prepared were found better than that of theconductometric sensors in terms of the selectivities received for main ions. Allconductometric sensors performed a linear response towards main ion solutions in theconcentration range of ~10-1-10-5 mol.L-1 with the short response times (<10 s).Prepared potentiometric and conductometric sensors were successfully utilizedfor the determination of Ag+ ve Pb2+ in some synthetic and real samples.Low dead volume micro-sized flow through cells of the anion sensitive sensorswere manufactured and used as detectors in flow injection analysis (FIA) and ionchromatography (IC) systems for the analysis of enviromental water samples. Keywords: Ion-Selective Sensor, Potentiometric and Conductometric Micro-Sized Sensor, Ion Chromatography, Flow Injection Analysis, Silver, Lead, Calixarene.
