Compression of the celiac artery by the median arcuate ligament (MAL) and neurofibrous tissue is called MAL syndrome or Dunbar's syndrome. Here, we present the first case to our knowledge in which MAL syndrome accompanies Behcet's disease. © 2018 Elsevier Inc.en_US
