Abstract

Compression of the celiac artery by the median arcuate ligament (MAL) and neurofibrous tissue is called MAL syndrome or Dunbar's syndrome. Postprandial abdominal pain and weight loss are the main symptoms. Surgical treatment still remains the gold standard therapy. Here, we present the first case to our knowledge in which MAL syndrome accompanies Behcet's disease. © 2018 Elsevier Inc.
