Karadeniz'den Yakalanan Mezgit Balıklarının (Merlangius Merlangus Cuxinus, Nordmann, 1840) Bazı Ekto ve Endo Parazitleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

III KARADENİZ'DEN YAKALANAN MEZGİT BALIKLARININ (Merlanghts merlangus euxmus Nordmann, 1840) BAZI EKTO VE ENDO PARAZİTLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Ekim 1995-Eylül 1996 tarihleri arasında yürütülen bu araştırmada, Karadeniz' de Sinop yöresinden yakalanan mezgit balıklan (Merkmghıs merkmgus euxmus Nordmann, 1840/, ekto ve endo parazitleri yönünden incelenmiştir. Balıklar, 12 ay süreyle aylık peryotlarda yakalanmış ve parazit yönünden incelenmek üzere Sinop Su ürünleri Fakültesi labaratuvarına getirilmiştir. Balıkların ağırlıkları, total boylan, cinsiyetleri ve yaşlan kaydedilmiştir. Solungaçlar, ağız boşluğu, karın boşluğu, mide, barsaklar, karaciğer ve pyloric caeca, ovaryumlar ve testisler rnakroskobik incelemeden sonra ışık ve stereo mikroskobunda paraziter yönden incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, Ciliophora phyhımuna ait Trichodina ganusundan Trichodina sp., Plamebnmmes phylumuna ait Oyrodactyhıs genusundan Gyrodactykts sp., ve Nemathehminthes phylumuna ait Thynnascaris genusundan Contracaecum oduncum (Rudoîphi, 1802) türleri belirlenmiştir. The fishes were caught monthly for a total period of 12 month. Weight, total length, sex and age of the fishes has been recorded in the laboratory of die Fisheries Faculty of Sinop. The gills, mouth cavity, abdomen cavity, stomach, intestines, liver and pyloric caeca, ovariums and testis were examined macroscobicalry and afterwards parasiticalry by using light and stereo microscobe. According to the results, Trichodina sp. of the genus Trichodma from the phylum Citiophora, Gyrodactyius sp. of the genus Gyrodactyhis from the phylum Plamelmmmes and Contracaecum oduncum (Rudolphi, 1802) of the genus Thyrmascaris from öte phylum Nemathebnmthes was determined.
