Sturm-Liouville Problemleri

Abstract

Dört bölüm halinde düzenlenmiş bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde konuyla ilgili esas tanım ve özelliklere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Sturm-Liouville probleminin temel özellikleri açıklanmıştır. Bu problem için incelenen standart sınır şartlan verilmiştir. Özdeğer ve özfonksiyonların bazı özellikleri ispatlanmıştır. Aynca Sturm- Liouville probleminin bir fiziksel uygulaması verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde regular Sturm-Liouville problemi için verilmiş fonksiyonun özfonksiyonların serisi şeklinde açılımı problemleri incelenmiştir. Sonuncu bölümde homojen olmayan Sturm-Liouville problemleri araştırılmıştır. Bu bölümde elde edilen sonuçların matematik fiziğin problemlerine uygulanması açısından önemi bölümün son kısımlarında örneklerle kanıtlanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sturm-Liouville problemi, Fourier serileri, sınır şartları, ısı iletimi

This study is structurally divided into four chapters, the essential definitions and properties have been presented in the first chapter. In the second chapter, the basic properties of the Sturm-Liouville problem have been explained and standart boundary conditions for this problem have been presented. Some properties of eigenvalue and eigenfunctions have been proved. In the addition to this, a physical applications of Sturm-Liouville problem has been also given in this chapter. In the third chapter, expansion problems of a function which is given for the regular Sturm-Liouville problem on eigenfunctions have been investigated. In the last chapter, nonhomogen Sturm-Liouville problems have been searched and the importance of the application of the obtained results to the problems of mathematics and physics have been proved by various examples at the ending parts of this chapter.Key Words: Sturm-Liouville problem, Fourier series, boundary conditions, heat conduction
