Ill AĞIR METALLERDEN BAKIR VE ÇİNKONUN GÖKKUŞAĞI ALABALIĞININ (Onckorhyncus »grtfcs W'1792) DOKUSUNDAKİ BİRİKİMİ VE LETAL TOKSİK DEĞERLERİNİN SAPTANMASI ÖZET Bu araştırmada gökkuşağı alabalığı (Onchorhyncus myMss W.,1792)'da çinko ve tekirin akut toksisitesi statik biyolojik deneylerle ölçülmüş, öldürücü zaman (LT50) ve 96 saatlik öldürücü konsantrasyon değerleri (LC50) hesaplanmıştır. Gökkuşağı alabalığı için çinko ve bakırın LT50 değerleri 96 saat iken, LC50 değerleri sırasıyla 12.88 mg Zn/1, 0.094 mg Cu/1 'dir. Hayatta kalma süreleri çinko ve bakır konsantrasyonlarmm artmasıyla azalmıştır. Bakır çinkodan daha toksik bulunmuştur. Farklı ortam konsantrasyonlarına bırakılan gökkuşağı alabalığının toplam vücut dokusundaki çinko ve bakır birikimi 30 günlük zaman sürecinde belirlenmiştir. Bu amaç için balıklar 0 (kontrol), 3, 5, 8, 10, 13 mg Zn/1 ve 0 (kontrol), 0.01, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1 mg Cu/1 çözeltilerine maruz bırakılmışlardır. Belirlenen süreler sonunda balığın toplam vücut dokusundaki çinko ve bakır birikim düzeyi Unicam 929 model Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektrofotometresi (AAS) ile ölçülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre balıkların dokusundaki çinko değerleri sırasıyla 1.41 (kontrol), 113.70, 105.09, 161.18, 167.25, 178.66 ug/g (K.A.), bakır değerleri de sırasıyla 1.45 (kontrol), 2.49, 3.41, 3.83, 3.91, 5.04 ug/g (K.A.)'dır. Çalışılan tüm konsantrasyonlarda çinko ve bakırın dokudaki birikimi ortamdaki metal konsantrasyonunun artışı üe artmıştır. IV ACCUMULATION OF THE HEAVY METALS COPPER AND ZINC IN TISSUES OF RAINBOW TROUT (Onchorhyncm mykiss W.,1792) AND EVALUATION OF LETHAL ACUTE TOXICITY VALUES ABSTRACT In this study, the acute toxicity of zinc and copper to Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss W.,1792) was evaluated by static bioassays, calculating the LT50 (lethality time for 50%) and 96 h LC50 ( mortality 50%) values. The LC50 values (96 h) of zinc and copper for Rainbow trout were 12.88 mg/i and 0.094 mg/1, respectively. Survival time decreased with increasing concentrations of zinc and copper. Copper compounds were more toxic to Rainbow trout than those zinc compounds. Zinc and copper concentrations in the total body tissues of Rainbow trout exposed to different medium concentrations were determined for 30 days. For this purpose, fish were exposed to 0 (control), 3, 5, 8, 10, 13 mg Zn/1 and 0 (control), 0.01, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1 mg Cu/1 concentrations in water. At the end of the periods, the concentrations of zinc and copper in the whole body tissues were measured by Unicam 929 model Atomic Absorbtion Spectrofotometer (AAS). According to the result of the studies the values of zinc in the whole body tissues were 1.41 (control ), 113.70, 105.09, 161.18, 167.25, 178.66 ug/g (dry-weight). The values of copper in the whole body tissues were 1.45 (control), 2.49, 3.41, 3.83, 3.91, 5.04 ug/g (dry-weight). At all concentrations accumulation of zinc and copper in tissues increased with increasing metal concentrations in the medium.
