| dc.description.abstract | A boundary between to two phases crystals are being points of best and good fitmatching of crystal planes of phases by the effect of rotation, dilatation and shear. Theanalytic calculations of this deformations are made in this thesis, that points called as 0-lattice points (Coincidence Lattice Points CSL) and it is describe the moire pattern withone or two dimension.The geometric pozition of moire patterns can be found from the determinant of thetransformation matrices and it also depends on the rank of this matrix.Key Words: 0-Lattice, Moire Patterns, Phase Surface | en_US |
