Abstract
Bu çalışmada amid içeren ftalosiyaninlerin sentezinde kullanılabilecek azot ve oksijen heteroatomlanm içeren, amid türevli ftalosiyaninleri elde etmek amacıyla, başlangıç maddesi olarak 1 2, 1 3-Dihidro- 1 2-oxo- 1 3-fenilbenzo[6]nafta[/] [ 1,4] oksazepin-2,3-dikarbonitril (5) bileşiği aromatik nükleofilik yer değiştirme tepkimesiyle sentezlendi. 1 2, 1 3-Dihidro- 1 2-oxo-l 3-fenilbenzo[6]nafta[/j [1,4]oksazepin-2,3-dikarbonitril (5), 3- hidroksi-2-naftoik asit anilid ve 4,5- dikloroftalonitrilin (4) kuru N,N-dimetilformamid (DMF) içinde potasyum karbonat (K2CO3) varlığında sentezlendi. Dinitril türevi ile susuz CuCl, C0CI2, Zn(CH3COO)2 ve NİCI2 tuzlan etkileştirilerek sırasıyla Bakır(II), Kobalt(II), Çinko(II) ve Nikel(II) ftalosiyanin bileşikleri elde edildi. Metalsiz ftalosiyanin dinitril türevi, Amil alkol içinde 1,8 Diazabisiklo [5.4.0] undec-7en (DBU) varlığında kaynatılmasıyla elde edildi. Elde edilen ürünlerin yapısı elementel analiz, İR, 'H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV/Vis ve X-Işmı tek kristal kırınım spektroskopisi teknikleri kullanılarak incelendi. Anahtar Kelimeler: Ftalosiyaninler, Amid içeren ftalosiyaninler, Aromatik nükleofilik sübstitüsyon, Ftalonitril türevi, 3-hidroksi-2-naftoik asid anilid.
In this work, starting material, 12,13-Dihydro-12-oxo-13-phenylbenzo[6]naphth [f] [1,4] oxazepine-2,3-dicarbonitrile (5) was synthesized via aromatic nucleophilic substitution reactions in order to obtain phthalocyanines containing amide derivatives which is including nitrogen and oxygen heteroatoms able to use for preparation of amide containing phthalocyanines. 12, 13-Dihydro-l 2-oxo-l 3-phenylbenzo[£]naphth [f\ [1,4] oxazepine-2,3-dicarbonitrile (5) was synthesized by the reaction of 3-hidroxy-2-naphthoic acid anilide with 4,5- dichlorophthalonitrile (4) in the presence of potassium carbonate in dry N,N dimethylformamide (DMF). Copper(II), Cobalt(II), Zinc(II) and Nickel(II) phthalocyanines compounds were obtain by the treatment of dinitrile derivatives with anhydrous CuCI, C0CI2, Zn(CH3COO)2 and NİCI2 salts respectively. Metal-free phthalocyanine was obtained by the reflux in amyl alchol with 1,8 Diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7ene (DBU) and dinitrile derivatives. All synthesized products have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV/Vis., 'H-NMR, 13C-NMR and X-Ray single crystal diffraction spectroscopy. Keywords: Phthalocyanines, Phthalocyanines containing amide, Aromatic nucleophilic substitution, Phthalonitrile derivative, 3-hidroxy-2-naphthoic acid anilide
