Van Gölü ve Çevresinin Kum ve Su Numunelerinin Gama Radyoaktivitesinin Ölçümü

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Van Gölü ve çevresinde seçilen 15 istasyondan toplanan kum ve su numunelerinin gama aktivite ölçüm sonuçları verildi, ölçümlerde yüksek ayırma güçlü Ge(Li) dedektörü kullanıldı ve U-235, Pb-212, Ba- 133, Pb-Î21^ gibi birçok radyoizotopun varlığı tespit edildi, ölçülen en yüksek aktivite Bi-214' e ait 2797 Bq/Kq dır. IIABSTRACT In this work, the results of gamma activity measurements of the sand and water samples, collected from the 15 selected station around Lake Van, were qiven. In the measurements hiqh resolution Ge(Li) dedector was used, and the presence of several radioisotopes such as U-23b, Pb-212, Ba-133, Pb-21*f and Bi-214 have been found. The hiqhest activity measured was 2797 Bq/Kq and belonqed to Bi-214.
