(ORCUIDACEAE) TOHUMLARININ SİMBİYOTİK ve ASİMBİYOTİK KÜLTÜRLERDE ÇİMLENME ve GELİŞMESİ ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMALAR Bu çalışmada, Ş. vomeracea subsp. laxif lora, Orchis Lax i flora ve Orchis tridentata taksonl arına ait bitkilerden elde edilen tohumların simbiyotik ve asimbiyotik şartlarda çim lenme ve gelişmesi incelenmiştir. Araştırmalarımızın sonucunda, yüzeysel sterilizasyon iş lemlerinin kullandığımız türlere göre değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Simbiyotik kültürlerde ise Ş. vomeracea subsp. laxif lora ve O. laxif lora tohumlarından fide oluşumu sağlanırken O. tridentata tohumlarının çimlenmediği görülmüştür. Asimbiyotik kültür şartlarında S. vomeracea subsp. laxif lora ve O. laxif lora tohumlarının seyreltik ortamlarda bile çimlenebildiği fakat gelişmenin yanlızca konsantre ortamlarda devam ettiği tesbit edilmiştir.V ABSTRACT INVESTIGATIONS ON THE GERMINATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SEEDS OF SERAPIAS VOMERACEA (Burm fil.) Briq. subsp LAX I FLORA (So5) Gölz et. Reinhard AND ORCHIS LAX I FLORA Lam. (ORCHIDACEAE) IN THE SYMBIOTIC AND ASYBIOTIC CULTURES In this study, germination and development of the seeds obtained from Serapias vomeracea subsp. laxif lora, Orchis laxif lora and Orchis tridentata were investigated in symbiotic and asymbiotic culture conditions. In the surface sterilization experiments, it was found out that the surface-sterilization process could be changed according to the species that we used. Although the seeds of S_. vomeracea subsp. laxif lora, and 0. laxif lora were developed to the seedlings in the symbiotic culture conditions, the seeds of 0. tridentata were not germinated. Under the asymbiotic culture conditions, it was determined that the seeds of S_. vomeracea subsp. laxif lora, and 0. laxif lora were germinated even in the diluted media, but they were continued to develope only in the concentrated media.
