Abstract
m ÖZET Fosfojips, yaş metotla fosforik asit üreten fabrikalarda yan ürün ola rak ele geçen önemli bir endüstriyel artıktır. Esas olarak CaSO4.2HgO bil eşi mindedir ve yapısında P2O5» F' ve organik maddeler gibi safsızlıklar bulun durmaktadır. Bu safsızlıklar fosfojipsin çimento endüstrisinde geciktirici olarak kullanımını ciddi olarak engeller. Fosfojips Samsun TÖGSAŞ Gübre Fabrikası 'ndan günde 3150 ton gibi büyük miktarlarda ele geçmekte ve önemli depolama problemleri yanında çevre kirlili ğine de sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada işlem görmemiş ve çeşitli metotlarla rafine edilmiş fosfo jipsin, Portland çimentosu ve traslı çimentonun hidrasyonuna olan etkileri kimyasal analiz, priz süresi, eğilme ve basınç dayanımları, hacim genleşmesi, hidrasyon ısısı... gibi testlerle ve Tarayıcı Elektron Mikroskobu ile araştı rıldı. işlem görmemiş fosfjipsin sadece traslı çimento hidrasyonunu kontrol etmek için kullanılabileceği, rafine fosfojipsin tabii jipsle eşdeğer olduğu ve her iki çimentonun hidrasyonunu geciktirmede değerlendirilebileceği sonu cuna ulaşıldı.
IV ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF PHOSPHOGYPSUM ON THE HYDRATION OF VARIOUS CEMENTS Phosphogypsum is an important industrial by-product from phosphoric acid manufacture. Its form is mainly CaSO^HpO and there are such impurities as Po^5» ^'* or9anic compounds...in its structure. These impurities seriously restrict the industrial use of phosphogypsum as cement retarder. Phosphogypsum is obtained about 3150 tons per day in Samsun T0GSAŞ Fertilizer Factory and creates important storage problems and environmental pollution. The object of this study is to investigate the effects of phosphogypsum and refined phosphogypsum to the hydration of Portland cement and trass cement by chemical analysis, setting time, flexural and compressive strength, volume expansion, heat of hydration and Scanning Electron Microscope. It was concluded that untreated phosphogypsum can be used as a control ler only in the hydration of trass cement and refined phosphogypsum obtained various methods is equivalent to the natural gypsum and can be evalu ated as the retarder of the hydration of both cements.
