Enine İzotropik Yapılarda Distorsiyon Alanının Hesaplanması

Abstract

IV ÖZET Bu çalışmada sonsuz hacimli homojen bir yapıda seçilen dairesel dislokasyon loopunun meydana getirdiği distorsiyonu veren ifade hesaplandı. Bulunan bu ifade hekzagonal yapıya uygulanarak P13 değerinin x, y ve z'ye göre değişimi incelendi. Enine izotropik hep yapı için elde edilen j313 ifadelerinin özel halde izotropik hale dönüştüğü gösterildi. Böylece yapılan hesapların doğruluğu da sınanmış oldu. Katı içindeki kusurların varlığını gözleme yollarından biri, kusurlar tarafından oluşturulan distorsiyon alanlarının gözlenmesi olduğundan, bu çalışma sonucu hekzagonal yapılar için de deney sonuçlarını karşılaştırmakta kullanılacak ifadeler elde edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this study, the distortion equation produced by the circular dislocation loop chosen in a homogenous structure with an infinite volume was calculated. By Applying this obtained equation to the hexagonal structure the fJ13 values changing according to the x, y and z was investigated. It was shown that, in the limiting case equation P13 values obtained for the transverse isotropic hep structure were transformed into the isotropic case. Therefore, It was tested that the calculations made in this study are true. Since one of the ways to observe the existence of the defects in solid is to observe the distortion fields produced by the defects, as a result of this study the equations to be used for companing the experimental results were also obtained for the hexagonal structure.
