Çeşitli Endüstrilerde Temiz Üretim Uygulamaları ve Performans Çalışmalarının Araştırılması

Abstract

Günümüzde hızla gelişen teknolojiler ve endüstriyel faaliyetlerin artması sonucu ciddi çevresel bozunumlar oluşmuştur. Birçok gelişmiş ülkede, kirlilik kontrolü (boru sonu arıtım teknolojileri) üzerine yoğunlaşan klasik çevre koruma yaklaşımının etkin bir çevre yönetimi olmadığı anlaşılmış, bunun yerine alternatif yeni yaklaşımlar ve yenilikçi teknolojiler benimsenmiştir. Özellikle ?sürdürülebilir kalkınma? kavramı ile ortaya atılan ?temiz üretim? kavramı çevresel sorunları çözmede en etkin yol olarak görülmektedir. Bu çerçevede önleyici çevre yönetimi ve temiz üretim uygulamaları önem kazanmaktadır. Son yirmi yılda, birçok ülkede ulusal ve uluslararası kuruluşlar hızla artan sayıda program (örneğin, DELTA) ve proje çerçevesinde çeşitli endüstrilere ihtiyaç duydukları desteği sağlamak için çalışmalar başlatmışlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Samsun ilinde temiz üretim uygulama yollarının ve değerlendirme tekniklerinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, Samsun ili endüstriyel çeşitliliğin ortaya konulması için, Temiz Üretimle ilgili, gıda, mobilya ve döküm endüstrilerinde çevresel envanter çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu envanter çalışması ile seçilen endüstrilerde eko-verimlilik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca envanter çalışmaları değerlendirilmesi sonucu endüstrilere uygulanabilecek temiz üretim fırsatları ortaya konmuştur. Değerlendirme sonucunda seçilen Filiz Şekerleme firmasında Temiz Üretim uygulama çalışmalarının altyapısı tamamlanmıştır. Yapılan öngörü ile Filiz Şekerleme firmasında, yapılan yatırımın yaklaşık 200.000 TL ve geri dönme süresi 2 yıl olarak belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Temiz Üretim, endüstriyel kirlilik, boru sonu arıtım teknolojisi, eko-verimlilik, gıda endüstrisi

Today, serious environmental damages happened as a result of increase of industrial activity and rapidly developing technologies. In many developed countries, it is understood that the classical environmental protection approach which focuses on pollution control (end-of-pipe treatment technologies) is not an efficient environmental management, so new approaches and techniques have been adopted. Especially, the concept of ?cleaner production? that is put forward with the concept of ?sustainable progress? is considered as the best way to solve environmental problems. In this respect, integrated preventive environmental management and cleaner production practices gain essential significance. In the last twenty years, a growing number of initiatives and programs (e.g. DELTA) were started by national and international organizations to provide the necessary support to various industries. The aim of this work is the research of techniques of evaluation and ways of implementing of cleaner production in the province of Samsun. In the scope of this research, the working of inventory about cleaner production in the various industries (such as meat, food and drug) has been done for province of Samsun industrial situation. The eco-efficency analysis was carried out in thıs study in the selected industries. The cleaner production oppurtunities which can be applied to the industries have been put out at the end of the analysis of study. The infrastructure of clean pruduction practice studies has been completed at the firm of Filiz candy chosen at the end of evaluation. It has been defined that the investment made at firm of Filiz candy is about 200.000 TL and the cycle period of this investment is about two years.KeyWords: Clean/Cleaner production, industrial pollution, end of pipe treatment , eco-efficency, food industry
